New sunny apartment located on the first floor of a building with an elevator in the center of Umag. The location is ideal, as all necessary services and the beach are within walking distance in just a few minutes. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
The 40 mÂČ apartment, furnished with care and love, features an entrance hall with a wardrobe and coat rack. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and bedside tables with lamps. The living room includes a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children, satellite TV, a coffee table, air conditioning, and a dining table with three chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, and all necessary utensils for meal preparation. The bathroom includes a washing machine, shower cabin, hairdryer, sink with cabinet, and mirror.
Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available.
A private parking space in the garage is available from 01.06. to 30.09. for an additional fee of âŹ5 per day, payable in cash upon arrival. During other periods, free public parking is available in front of the building.
Additional fees to be paid upon arrival:
Final cleaning fee of âŹ50 (cash payment)
Registration fee of âŹ7 per person (cash payment on the first day)

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and the building.
We kindly ask our guests to:
Respect the neighbors and maintain a calm and discreet behavior, especially at night or during afternoon rest.
For safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher when not in the apartment.
Use the apartment's equipment with care.
Empty the trash bins and wash the used dishes and kitchen utensils.
Report any damages to the owner. After an assessment, the owner may request payment for damages in cash before departure.
Inform the owner of the expected departure time one day in advance to arrange the return of the keys.
The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of stay.
