The 50 m2 apartment in a sunny position is one of the most beautiful in the house and has a large 15 m2 terrace furnished with an Istrian stone table and benches, equipped with a sunshade, to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours. The area is quiet surrounded by greenery. The nearby beaches have various structures to satisfy every type of need, sandy, rocky, with pebbles, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make unique the wonderful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast which allows you to protect yourself from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters as the structure of the beaches changes. For those who love the gym, on the seafront next to the beach of Villa Rita, outdoor gym equipment is available for free use.

Near the apartment there are a couple of restaurants and pizzerias. The Punta restaurant about 700 m from the house offers a wide choice of fish menus, appetizers, first courses and deserts. Just 400 m away is the tourist train station which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and runs along the coast to Umag center and vice versa. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or you can reach it by tourist train.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.

To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

There are various leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centres, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat or coach trips.

The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.

For non-beach days or evenings we recommend taking unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of adults and children beat faster.
