Comfortable 189 m² holiday home for up to 8 guests with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, located in the peaceful village of Savudrija, 8 km from the center of Umag. The house is situated on the edge of the surrounding countryside, bordered by meadows and woods, and only 800 m from the beach. The well-maintained garden, decorated with plants and flowers, enhances the outdoor and pool area, making your stay pleasant and relaxing. At the entrance, there is a large covered terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, ideal for enjoyable evenings with family and friends.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a dining table with chairs. The hallway, equipped with air conditioning, leads to two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, from which you can access the terrace with garden furniture at the back of the house. Also on the ground floor, there are two bathrooms, each with a shower cabin, sink, and mirror, one of which is equipped with a washing machine. The spacious living room features a sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, two air-conditioning units, free Wi-Fi internet access, and an internal staircase leading to the upper attic floor. The upper floor offers a living room with a sofa bed, table and two chairs, air conditioning, coffee table, and flat-screen satellite TV. From the living room, there is access to a bathroom with a shower cabin, sink with mirror, and toilet, as well as two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (160x200) and a wardrobe.
The nearest pebble and rocky beach is only 800 m away; the supermarket is 400 m away within the Veli Jože campsite; and the nearest restaurant is 500 m away. The center of Bašanija, where you will find a bakery, newspaper stand, and greengrocer, is 1 km from the house.
In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, aquarium, cathedral, taking a walk along the famous Umag waterfront promenade, exploring the narrow and charming streets of Umag's old town, visiting the newly renovated square adorned with a fountain, shopping in the town center, or browsing the seaside market stalls and playground that delight children.
For larger grocery shopping, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the bigger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
There are many leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, horse-riding centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can enjoy water skiing, diving, boat rentals, an adventure park for children, and a mini-golf course at Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris resort, as well as nightclubs, casinos, and various boat and coach excursions.

The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan boasts a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent views over the Mirna River valley. Motovun is a typical medieval hilltop town, famous for its film festival held annually at the end of July. Livade is renowned for its white truffles found in the nearby forests. Astronomy enthusiasts who wish to admire the stars can visit the Višnjan Astronomical Centre, located 30 km from Umag, by appointment. Cave lovers should visit the wonderful Baredine Cave, just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, located only 60 km from Umag. Also worth visiting are the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited through organized excursions.
