The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The holiday home extends over 213 square meters and can accommodate up to 16 people, making it ideal for large families or groups. With a total of 7 bedrooms, including 5 with double beds, 1 with 4 bunk beds and 1 with 2 bunk beds, there is plenty of space for everyone. Each room is bright and inviting, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day full of activities. One room with a double bed is windowless.



The spacious living room is the central gathering point of the home, where you can relax by the wood-burning stove or enjoy a film on the large television, which also offers access to both Danish and German TV. For those who want to stay up to date with the latest, wireless internet is available throughout the house.



The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, making cooking a breeze. The large freezer with a capacity of 90 liters allows you to store all your favorite foods, while the refrigerator ensures that your drinks are always cold.



For those who want to pamper themselves, the house's pool area is the highlight of the holiday. You can frolic in the 19 square meter heated swimming pool with its own water slide, relax in the 4-person spa, or enjoy the warmth of the house's sauna.



The holiday home's 3 bathrooms are well distributed, with one on each of the 2 bedroom floors and one in connection with the pool room. They are all equipped with a toilet, washbasin, shower and underfloor heating.



The outdoor area is a true oasis for both adults and children. The enclosed terrace allows you to enjoy the warm summer evenings while the children can play safely in the sandbox, on the slide or on the swings. The barbecue is ready to prepare delicious meals in the fresh air.



Pets are welcome, so the whole family can be together. The house has space for up to 3 pets, making it ideal for those who do not want to leave their four-legged friends at home. There is also a table football for indoor entertainment.
