Villa Surya is a new vacation villa with swimming pool and large equipped garden: a perfect place to spend your vacations in Salento, in the Ugento area, with your family or in groups of friends.
The villa is super equipped. There are: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, smart TV, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.
The
estate is fully fenced and has an automatic gate. In the garden, in
addition to the swimming pool with solarium, there is an outdoor shower
and barbecue.
Villa Surya offers up to 10 beds. Pets are allowed.

The architecture of Villa Surya
is elegant in its simple and clear lines. The garden is an alternation
of Mediterranean plants, trees that provide shade and fragrant essences,
and a green lawn that frames the pool area, surrounded by sunbeds and
lounge chairs and with an outdoor shower.
A spacious veranda is
furnished for outdoor dining and with outdoor lounges for chatting in
the cool air. A large window from here leads into the large rooms that
make up the charming abode.
A living room furnished with a double
sofa bed and TV is joined by an archway to the large, well-equipped
kitchen. A hallway separates the sleeping area, with its no less than 4 double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms.
There are also 2 bathrooms in the garden, serving the outdoors.
The surroundings of Villa Surya in Ugento
The
large estate of Villa Surya lies in the Ugento countryside, along the
contrade leading to the coast. The center of Ugento, with its beautiful
old town and all the main services, can be reached by car in just 4 km.
The
coastline with Torre San Giovanni is about 10 km away. Other tourist
destinations in Lower Salento are also very close, with Santa Maria di
Leuca about 25 km away and Gallipoli only 20 km.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 10 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
