true oasis of peace and beauty, consisting of a farmhouse brought back
to life next to a beautiful old trullo that makes the structure
evocative.
The villa has a lovely shady veranda where you can dine al fresco, also preparing tasty grills in the nearby barbecue area, also furnished with table and chairs.
Stone pathways lead to the distinctive pool, whose height gently slopes down as if it were a beach. Around it are sun loungers and deck chairs for sunbathing.

Tenuta Terra del Sole is a villa resulting from the restoration of an old rural cottage, now beautiful and cozy.
The cozy and bright interior consists of living room with open kitchenette + 1 single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor, and 1 triple bedroom located on the loft, furnished with three single beds. On the loft is the split air conditioning.
The
estate is built respecting the criteria of eco-sustainability,
respecting the surrounding area and enjoys a lovely location in the
picturesque countryside just minutes from the sea.

The beautiful historic center of Ugento, with its squares, narrow alleys, valuable archaeological museum and castle are just 6 km from the property. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 54 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning on the mezzanine floor and in the Trullo.
