Welcome to Seabird Suite, a cozy bachelor suite overlooking Ucluelet's active fishing harbour. This older studio offers a charming, rustic West Coast feel with vaulted wood ceilings, an open-concept layout, and a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring.

The suite features a comfortable king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small dining table where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner while taking in the sights and sounds of the harbour. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer peekaboo views of the inlet and the nearby Ucluelet Aquarium. While you can catch glimpses of the water from inside, the suite does not offer unobstructed ocean views. For the best chance of spotting wildlife such as sea otters, seals, or even whales, we recommend heading down to the public dock just outside the building, where you can experience the harbour up close.

Bathroom: The spacious bathroom is a highlight, featuring a deep soaker tub perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, along with a separate walk-in shower.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home before relaxing by the seasonal propane fireplace (available outside of July and August).

Location: Seabird Suite is located on Ucluelet's working fishing harbour at the entrance to town. During the busier spring and summer months, you may hear fishing boats leaving early in the morning, harbour activity, seabirds, and occasional traffic. Many guests enjoy the lively waterfront atmosphere and watching the boats come and go, while those seeking complete peace and quiet may prefer one of our more secluded forest or beachfront properties.

Whether you're looking for an authentic West Coast getaway, a comfortable home base for exploring the area, or a front-row seat to the activity of a working harbour, Seabird Suite offers a unique coastal experience with plenty of West Coast charm.

Good to Know Before Booking
• Cozy older studio with rustic West Coast charm.
• Located on an active working fishing harbour.
• Peekaboo water views (not full ocean views).
• On the edge of downtown Ucluelet (5 min walk or 2 min drive)
• Harbour activity, boats, seabirds, and occasional traffic can be heard, especially during summer.
• The suite can become warm on sunny summer afternoons due to the large windows.
• Best wildlife viewing is from the nearby public dock rather than from inside the suite.

Review: Seabird Suite is a bachelor suite (there is no bedroom.)
Fireplace: Please note that the fireplace is seasonal and will be turned off during July and August.
Please note there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer (there is a laundromat in town).
Renters agreement must be signed
Age min: 21 years old
During peak summer season (July-August), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.
3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.
One small dog is allowed under strata rules. No cats allowed - Your dog must be added to the reservation and the pet fee must be paid before you check in.
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
