SOUTH SWELL #3: Nestled on Spring Cove, this charming 700 SF cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort and simplicity. Enjoy stunning views of the cove from your living space and unwind in a contemporary, minimalist environment. Terrace Beach is just across the street, and the Lighthouse Loop is mere steps away. A 5-minute drive gets you to downtown Ucluelet. Perfect for those looking to experience the beauty of Ucluelet while enjoying peace in a brand new cabin.

Designed for small groups and travellers on the go, featuring 2 queen bedrooms and a pull-out sofa—which can comfortably sleep up to 1 adults or 2 small children. At roughly 700 sq. ft., this stylish cabin offers all the essentials while keeping things simple, modern, and focused on the experience—because let's be real, you’re here for the epic views and outdoor adventures. The space is thoughtfully designed with two cozy bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and an open-concept living area that maximizes comfort without wasted space. The modern kitchen with bar seating (4 stools) is the perfect place to fuel up before a day of exploring or to kick back with drinks in the evening. Outside, there’s a deck with additional seating to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The cabin also features a washer and dryer, making it an excellent choice for longer stays.

We’re excited to share that we’ve just added a barrel sauna and cold outdoor shower (Please note: the outdoor shower will remain off during the winter months) to the property for all our South Swell guests to enjoy! This shared amenity is exclusively for South Swell guests and is the perfect addition to help you unwind and recharge. It’s the ideal way to enjoy a relaxing getaway from the stresses of everyday life. Don’t forget to bring your kayak, hiking boots, and bathing suit for the full Ucluelet experience!



Our property is ideally situated right on the Spring Cove Interpretive Trail, offering stunning views of old-growth trees, serene cove vistas, and gentle terrain. We feature a private SUP and kayak launch, easily accessible from the shoreline trail system. Spring Cove provides calm, tranquil waters, especially at mid to high tide, making it the perfect spot for paddling. Guests have exclusive access to this convenient launching point.

Just a heads-up about parking: Each cabin can accommodate one vehicle, and parking is shared with the other eight cabins on the property. For extra parking, there is also a parking lot at He-Tin-Kis Park, located up the street.

**Interested in a group booking? This property has 8 cabins(total) located on it which can sleep up to 40 guest if you rent all the cabins. Please contact Tofino Vacation rentals if you are interested in booking them all.



Host Rules:

Age min: 21 years old
Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of one dog, and mature dogs only (no puppies). Dogs are welcome with prior owner approval; however, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate cats. Your dog must be added to the reservation and the pet fee paid before check-in. Dogs must remain on leash at all times while on the property and may not be left unattended in the cabin unless they are crated. Please be sure to clean up after your pup. If you’re looking for a pet-free cabin, we recommend booking Cabin #2 or Cabin #9, as dogs are not permitted in those units.
During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

Check-in was easy and great ! The kitchen is fully equipped. Nice touch to have coffee there. The kitchen is very clean. The deck is a good size to enjoy the views. We didn’t use the barbecue. It was lovely to have the shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash supplied as well as lotion. The washer and dryer came in handy and it was nice to have laundry detergent supplied. The bakeries and restaurants all had great food.

Amazing Property!!!

This rental was exactly as pictured and described. My friend and I stayed here for two nights and found the beds to be very comfortable, with nice linens and plenty of towels. Usually at a rental house I find myself wanting more towels and pillows, but not here. This was as comfortable as a luxury hotel! There was even laundry detergent, so we were able to do a much needed refresh load in the middle of our week in the Vancouver area.Easy to find, gorgeous views, peace and quiet - what more could you ask for? 10/10 will stay here again, hope to be back soon!
