Our property

Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned two-bedroom villa with private pool in Lodtunduh, Ubud, Gianyar. 2 bathrooms, one having a bathtub plus shower, and the other, just a shower for you to rejuvenate after a walk in the ricefields. All rooms have a relaxing view of the rice paddies as well as air conditioner in both bedrooms as well as a well-designed living room with comfortable sofa. Our bedrooms feature super comfy super king Serta beds, with air conditioner, Smart TV, bathrooms, installed wardrobe for your clothings. If you require extra space for your luggage, we also have storage room. Making your stay more comfortable.

Experience long and slow travel, like the local Ubud life. Our villa is located in the more private area of Ubud - so you will not get the busy city life, but still have access to modern cafés, warungs and spas.

Hotel like amenities, including fresh towels, white linens, with the added facility of a fully equipped kitchen - water dispenser, microwave, and a stove. Who wants to do their laundry when a holiday (not me) - we partner with the local business'. laundry, which we can arrange for a pick up, paid to the local, when you need it.

We are happy to be offering an extra fast internet should you require to work from our villa, at 150mbps. This gives you ample connectivity to work if you are a Digital Nomad looking for a place to work and stay, surrounded by lush nature.

Swimming Pool is private, reasonably sized at 8x4 meters and gym is available in the vicinity, just 5 minutes by walk, which is fully equipped with a sauna.

Activities are ample for kids and family travels, with Tebasari Chocolate tour accessible by walking, and lots of Drawing classes, Jewelry making classes accessible by walking distance as well. If you are feeling adventurous, look for ATV tours, and waterfalls such as the Tegenungan Waterfall.

You can easily find food, and shopping at Ubud Center, famous for picturesque walk aways, Pura, and the art market. 

While transport, there is a taxi center and motorcycle rental just in front of our villa.

If you are a family traveller, please inquire us on cribs. We also provide queen sized air mattress should you require so.

Accommodation: Enjoy the comfort of our fully furnished villa, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area, dining space, and a well-equipped kitchenette.

Outdoor Space: Relax amidst the lush greenery and serene surroundings in our private 'garden' area. Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or unwind on the sun loungers under the tropical sun.

Facilities: Guests can make use of all amenities provided, including air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and essentials such as fresh linens, towels, and toiletries. Our kitchen is fully equipped with air fryer, stove, drip coffee machine, rice cooker, water dispenser.

Neighborhood: We are 5-8km by car or motorcycle from Ubud Center & Monkey Forest, where are the picturesque 'Gebyok' doors are. 4,5km minutes to Pison Ubud, 3,5km minutes to Ubud Cinnamon, 10 minutes to Rüsters and Pepito.

Around the area, there are massage places,  Spa, Warung and Cafés easily reachable by feet. If you would like to have breakfast arrange, we can provide that at the nearest café, with an extra 150k per night, per person. Please notify us before checking in.

Security: Rest assured with our 24/7 CCTV at the door, ensuring a safe and peaceful stay throughout your visit. If you request to opt out of our CCTV in the swimming pool, please notify us.

Parking: Ample parking space is available for guests traveling with their vehicles - from small to big cars MPV like Innova.

We have a dedicated team of staff, which will cater you via our phone, should you need anything. Housekeeping is done twice a week, if you need more housekeeping done: Daily cleaning service is available upon request with extra charge of 150k IDR per visit, pay in cash only. Please inquire us pre check-in for daily cleaning.

If you are traveling with kids, please inquiry us on cribs and high chair 72 hours pre-check in, so we can accommodate so. Extra charges may apply.
