The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire, and a conservatory with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with Smart TV and en-suite, a king-size with Smart TV, a double with Smart TV and a family room (single and adult bunk) with Smart TV, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, gravel and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. 3 well-behaved dogs welcome. The property has an outdoor temperature-controlled doggy shower. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Top Of The Lane Holiday Apartment is a fantastic property for a fun-filled trip to North Wales. Mobility-friendly with shower seats, grab rails and deployable arm supports.
