As soon as you walk into our Tybee vacation rentals, the relaxation begins. With its soft cream and blue decor, Shipwatch 24A instantly provides a serene and beachy vibe. Through the front door you will find a spacious open floor plan living room filled with natural light. Large glass doors provide a beautiful view of the sparkling ocean and swaying palm trees. In the living room, a roomy couch and cozy armchairs are the perfect spot to kick back and relax with your loved ones.

The living room flows into a kitchen and dining area that seats four people. You can easily chat with friends or family in the living room while you cook a nice dinner or whip up a quick breakfast. The fully equipped kitchen lets you dine in whenever you want to save a little money or skip the wait at a restaurant. If you aren't in the mood to eat at the four-seater dining table, walk out onto the balcony where a bar provides space for an oceanside dining experience. Aptly named, Shipwatch 24A offers fantastic views of the ocean where you can watch the enormous cargo ships coming to port in Savannah.

The balcony connects to both the living room and the main bedroom. In the main bedroom, you can unwind on the queen sized bed while enjoying another ocean view. This restful room has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub, making it ideal for people who want a little privacy on their vacation. The second bedroom is located off the main living space, and it has two single beds situated within it. This bedroom also gets its own bath, which has a tub and shower within it.

Shipwatch 24A will be professionally cleaned and disinfected before you even arrive. With self check-in and a keypad door lock, you and your guests can arrive at whatever time is convenient for you.

The condo community at Lighthouse Point offers great amenities for your vacation enjoyment. Walk along the private boardwalk to reach the ocean, or enjoy a freshwater swim at the two on site (not heated) swimming pools and kiddie pool. You will also has access to the community's tennis courts, sun deck, and shared gas and charcoal grills, so there are plenty of fun things to do outside. During the colder months, or if you just feel like a change of scenery, you can also check out the Southern Belle guest exclusive heated pool located at 19 Silver Ave.

Shipwatch 24A provides plenty of amenities for a home-like experience as well. Fresh towels, linens, bedding, and pillows let you easily unwind in a cozy setting. We include soap, shampoo, hair dryers, irons, and laundry machines, so you don't have to pack your whole bathroom and closet for your vacation. In the kitchen, you have access to all the cooking basics. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also provide clean dishes, pots, utensils, and other essentials.

In addition to the helpful amenities, we also give you the amenities you need to relax. Wifi makes it easy to stay connected to others or even get some work done, and the television lets you catch up on your favorite shows.

Relax on the Peaceful North Tip of Tybee Island
Of course one of the biggest perks of our vacation rentals Tybee Island is their location. Shipwatch 24A is situated right on the northern tip of Tybee Island. North Beach has a reputation for being the most laid back side of the island. This all-natural spot is great for searching for shells, learning to surf, or trying to spot dolphins. Though this location is certainly peaceful, there are still plenty of things to do. You can visit Fort Screven, check out the Tybee Island Marine Science Center, or go to the Tybee Island Light Station. Shipwatch 24A is also right by Huc A Poos, Gerald's Pig and Shrimp, and some other iconic Tybee Island restaurants.

When you are in the mood to explore a little more, there are plenty of great things to do just a short bike ride away. Both Mid Beach and South Beach have plenty of fun things to do. Walk down to the Tybee Pier to fish or rent a kayak to check out the island's saltwater marshes. Tybee Island is filled with charming shops, tasty restaurants, and fun bars. Consider going to the historic Sugar Shack for a sweet treat, or grab some fresh seafood at Sting Ray's Seafood. If you like nightlife, there are plenty of great spots to get a drink, like Doc's Bar and Tybee Time. You can enjoy live music at spots like Rock House and The Sand Bar.

Finally, don't forget that Tybee Island is just a quick drive away from Savannah. You can easily go check out famous Savannah festivals, parades, and other events. The town is also a great area to explore historic Victorian architecture, cutting-edge art galleries, and high-end dining. Many people enjoy a quick day trip to Savannah before coming back to their Tybee vacation homes to relax.

Lighthouse Point is a gated community on north end of Tybee with private beach access, tennis courts, two on site swimming pools, and a kiddie pool. Please note the Lighthouse Point community pools are open year round but they are not heated. For heated pool access you may use the Southern Belle pool located at 19 Silver Ave.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
