Nestled in the Fort Screven area, the home is just a 5-minute walk from the ocean and close to iconic Tybee attractions such as the Tybee Lighthouse, bike and golf cart rentals, and delicious local restaurants like The North Beach Grill. As the name suggests, the house sits on the edge of Jaycee Park, one of Tybee's largest parks, where you can stroll barefoot through the grass and across the creek bridge.

The open-concept main floor features a fully updated kitchen with sleek stainless-steel appliances, including a double oven and overlay refrigerator. A breakfast bar with seating for two is perfect for casual meals, while the adjacent 6-seat dining table sets the stage for family dinners. The living room is a cozy retreat with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. A half bath is conveniently located off the living area.

Step outside to the screened-in porch, an inviting space with an outdoor sectional sofa and an array of games and toys for kids. There’s also an outdoor shower and a spacious backyard for children to play. The home includes a grill for outdoor cooking and entertainment. The yard is bordered by a public park with walking paths, a picnic area with a grill, a playground, a baseball diamond, and basketball and shuffleboard courts.
