Description is correct! View amazing! Across from the beach if you just want to view from balcony but a hop, skip and you’re there! If you want to cross the street! The room perfect for 2 couples or two singles ! Lots of steps but each floor is worth the climb! We will book again!

Overall the location was great! Right across from the beach and great view of The beach. Close to the restaurants and bars. About 5 to 7 minute walk. Onsite parking was great to have.

Labor Day Weekend

Location is perfect to entertainment, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Beach access is 20 yards from the driveway. The check in process was efficient, the house was clean and ready on time, and everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Joe's Place was great

This place was in the perfect location! We were at most 3 blocks from everything and right across from the beach access. The views were amazing from every porch! The home was super clean and had everything you could think of. The stairs are not for the weak though. Would definitely book again 🙂

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and views; however, this 4 story building is not made for older women with bad knees..lol..wore us out going up and down the stairs. But we made it and had a blast!

The location and the views were amazing. We liked how close we were to restaurants, tons of things in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. I would definitely go back and stay again.

One of the Best on Tybee

We were absolutely happy with our stay at Joe's. The views are beautiful and the rental is very spacious for 2. Very quiet, peaceful, and you can hear the ocean at night. The location is awesome if you like quiet, but good access to shops and restaurants. The only negative was the beach gear and bicycles provided...most all were in poor condition or broken. The garage door opener button also worked sporadically, but were later told that the garage access was not part of the rental. Overall a great choice for a visit to Tybee.

Great location! Needs some maintenance.

The location is perfect! Beautiful views, very close to the beach and good proximity to restaurants and shops. The condo is in need of some maintenance. The top deck is basically useless as most of the furniture is broken. The deck off of the living room is good for beach watching but all of the paint is peeling off of the trex boards and tracks onto the carpet every time someone walks in One bathroom counter was dirty when we arrived, and one toilet ran excessively because the float is broken. Very poorly stocked compared to other places we've rented. With a little TLC this would be a gem!

Great place

My daughte, granddaughter and I stayed for 6 days. I have only good things to say about this property. We were pleasantly surprised by it. The attention to detail was SO nice. Everything was provided that we needed. It is a great location for when we were there in mid February. Thank you for helping to make our time on Tybee so wonderful !
