Welcome to Marsh Haven, a light-filled three-bedroom home overlooking the marsh, designed for guests who value space, scenery, and a slower pace, without sacrificing convenience. Elevated for views and privacy, this multi-level retreat offers peaceful surroundings with easy access to beaches, dining, and local island favorites.

The main living level features an open layout with large windows that frame the marsh and bring in natural light throughout the day. The living area flows directly onto a screened-in porch, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space for morning coffee, afternoon breezes, and evening sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a walk-in pantry, with the dining area positioned nearby for easy meals and gathering. A half bath on this level adds convenience.

On the lower level, a patio opens to a grassy yard that backs directly to the marsh, ideal for grilling, relaxing, or enjoying the quiet natural setting.

All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, offering privacy and separation from the main living areas. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, private marsh-view porch, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom, and a washer and dryer are located on this level for guest use.

The Parking:
The parking here is very tight. Standard vehicles only and you may not block the driveway or neighbors garage. You may park one vehicle in the garage and another vehicle may be parked parallel to the garage. One vehicle is recommended but two may fit.

We enjoyed the perfect quiet getaway. Location was perfect for us - in a more secluded neighborhood but close enough we could walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go on the island. Check in was easy, our host was very responsive to a couple questions/minor issues we had. She even sent out a person to fix a non-emergency issue on a Sunday. Enjoyed how easy it was to get to Savannah, yet stay in a small community that welcomes tourists yet doesn’t feel “touristy.”

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were down for a long weekend to visit family in Savannah and decided to stay out on Tybee. The property was nice, clean, and quiet and had a wonderful view of the marsh. We didn’t have any issues with the property but there are a couple of things you should be aware of. Parking is tight. The garage will park two normal sized cars but if you have a truck or large suv you will probably have to leave the garage door open to fit two cars. Also, if you are planning to go to the beach, that is a drive and park activity as this property is not really walking distance to the beach for most people.
