The view was fantastic!! We had issues with refrigerator, sliding glass door, locks on doors and floor. Attempted to call management several times and also sent text and it took several days for a response. Very disappointed!

The location and property were great. Close to the beach with a terrific view from the wrap around deck. It is also very close to the South Beach stores and restaurants. Screens on the sliding doors and beach chairs would have been nice additions. We also had an issue with the cleaning not being completed before our stay. There were unwashed towels in the washing machine, dishes in the dishwasher and beds not fully made. The cleaning person came by at 11pm saying they didn't know anyone was staying at the property and wanted to finish up. A tired guest sent them away and we were not able to get the issue resolved. I tried to communicate with the property manager but was getting what seemed like auto generated responses.

The location is great. The beds were not very comfortable and one of them was shaky. The dresser drawers did not function very well. The blinds in the master bedroom over the sliding door had some missing slats, so not full coverage. It looked clean, but the floors had not been mopped (black on my socks). It's a good stay, but not impressive.

Loved the location!!

Such a great place to stay that’s close to everything! Loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing nearby. Such a lovely property. We will definitely stay again.

Pros Great location. Right on the beach The condo unit has plenty of room Good for a short getaway trip Cons VRBO processing fees and services charges are ridiculous high. It's almost 95% to 100% of rental amount

Love the location but needs TLC

Would stay there again. It was a great location with amazing view. We had to fix patio chair (screw missing), rusty patio table. Main bathtub didn’t drain, so that was disgusting. Chunks out of ceiling, peeing paint on doors, outlets didn’t hold plugs well. Wasp nest they promptly took care of. Nothing that we couldn’t deal with. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and never seen a kitchen so bare. Dining table did not appear to be cleaned. Overall, again, I’d stay there again but hope they maintain a little better. It’s close to everything. Parking included which is great! Easy check in abs out process.

The location is great, but the condo is need attention. Not worth the $.

Holes in the ceiling, carpet was filthy and stank, no beach amenities like towels or chairs. Some of the Deck furniture is broken, old chicken bones found in the couch cushions. Holes in the bead spreads. Feels like the service crew doesn’t pay attention to this property. There is much better value for the money in Tybee, but not rent this unit again.

Short trip to the beach

Good location. Condo was a really nice size we had 5 adults and it was plenty of room. Kitchen only had the basics for cooking. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were taking care of very quickly. Only downside was checking in. DO NOT use GPS to find the office. Use only the directions sent in welcome email. Would have liked to have had a heads up on that.

Great location but needs maintenance

Check in is 4 and we didn’t get call until after 4. There is mold in master shower and other bathtub. The location is great but also had peeling doors. There is plenty of seating for a large group. You can also hear people above walking and moving chairs.

Great location

The location was great. Wonderful view of the beach and in walking distance of stores and restaurants. Plenty of room for the family. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was black dust on the ceiling around the vents and the glass on the shower in the master bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. The soap scum was so bad it made the glass look cloudy. Over all it was a good place to stay, just needed a little attention to the master bathroom.

Good location

The close proximity to the beach was very nice, also within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The condo needs updating, more kitchen accessories (pots , pans, utensils, etc). We had problems getting the sliding door to lock at the patio area, which I think was mentioned in other reviews. One of the pickets on the patio railing fell off after my daughter propped her foot on it, thankfully it wasn't one of my grandchildren that it fell off with. Upon arrival I did a pretty extensive wiping down of the unit , just due to Covid and being a protective mother and Nana. It was obvious some of the services had not been wiped down in a while (door handles and doors, door trip, side tables, etc....anything that a walking one year old boy might touch). Unfortunately, we also found a used sippy cup, food crumbs, candy, a nail and a metal beer bottle lid all under the couches. We chose to just clean it up and move on with our vacation. I did make the rental agency aware upon check out. The owner could maximize their investment with an update and better cleaning service. The rental company was great to work with . We will most likely return to Tybee, but try another unit in the area. The beach was awesome!!

Awesome place in PERFECT location!

The condo was beautiful and clean with plenty of space for our 8 guests. It is in an excellent location. The beach is right across the street and restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Thank you so much!! We couldn't of stayed in a better place!!
