The ocean view was beautiful from the condo, however the side 'rails' of patio were concrete that blocked the view while sitting. Some comfortable furniture on the patio would have been wonderful. The pool was closed while we were there due to a deck being added to the pool. The linens and bathrooms were clean, which I appreciated, but the carpet needed a good shampoo cleaning and the floors and baseboards were not clean. Overall, if something is going to be dirty, I was glad it was only the floors. It was good enough for the week we spent there, but for the price I was expecting something a little nicer.

Great location and communication with host. Appreciated the elevator and covered parking. Public spaces were well cared for and pool looked like it would be great in warm weather. Rugs could use a good cleaning but overall space was well kept.

We loved the location! We could see Dolphins and whales from the balcony during the day and ships and stars at night. Tybee wasn't crowded and the weather was great. The floorplan was good for 4 adults. We had trouble with the lockbox on check in and the fob for the elevator didn't work for the first days from the garage parking, so someone had to walk up to the 4th level to send the elevator down. The carpet in the unit is filthy and there was a water leak under the kitchen sink which caused a mold issue and damage to the cabinet floor. The garbage disposal did not work - we messaged and were told it had been removed, but all evidence to the contrary, so beware.The elevator was fixed on our third day, just after the pest control people came to spray. It would have been nice to know they were comingThe condo needs a very deep clean and could use some updating, but the beds were good and linens were clean. The laundry soap and dryer sheets used for the linens are very fragrant, too much for my allergy sensitive nose.The host was responsive when questions were sent and let us know about the elevator repair timeline. All in all, our stay was good, but based on the condition of the unit, I would not stay there again until it was thoroughly cleaned at the very least. I would have expected more updates for a "Luxury" condo.

The condo is beautiful and great for our mother daughter weekend. View from the condo was awesome to wake up and go to sleep too. Only down side and this was out of the control of the owner , the pool was locked on a sunny day. She sent a message to the property manager who said it was closed due to potential bad weather , if the pool is swim at your own risk, why wouldn’t it be open. The day it was locked was our only sunny day, LOL. My mother in law who is 90 really wanted to swim and couldn’t make it to the beach, but rules are rules and we made the best of it.

I tried reporting issues with the unit but got no response. There was mold growing under the kitchen sink. The vent in the kitchen had visible mold growth. HUGE issues in my book. There were no instructions left on operating the door to the stairs. Luckily I did get a response on that. Other things that didn’t work: the master bathroom fan, the garbage disposal & the cable box in one of the bedrooms. One of the bathroom sinks in the master drained super slow. The bed in the master has a divot in one side and the frame squeaks terribly when you move at all. The location was great and we enjoyed our time but we likely won’t rent this unit again.

Absolutely! Here’s your review shortened to under 1,500 characters, while keeping the core points clear and helpful:âž»Just OK — Great Location, But Needs Attention to DetailThis stay was just OK. The location is fantastic—an easy walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The view from the patio was great too, though sunrises aren’t visible due to the building’s position. Beds were clean and very comfortable.However, the condo needs some attention. It was surface-level clean, but corners showed mildew, and walking barefoot left our feet dirty. A deep clean and a fresh coat of paint would help. The kitchen had basic cookware but lacked a toaster and even basic condiments (no regular coffee, just decaf). We’ve stayed in many VRBOs, and this was the first time the kitchen was completely bare.Communication was poor—a 48-hour delay on a TV issue with little support. After that, we didn’t feel comfortable reaching out again.Some basic amenities were missing: no hangers, no Kleenex, and though a grill was advertised, there wasn’t one. The master bath vent didn’t work, and the jacuzzi tub couldn’t fill due to limited hot water. Took 20 minutes to find a plunger when we needed one.No major deal-breakers, but a lot of small issues added up. Great location and easy access/parking, but definitely not a 5-star experience.

This was our 2nd stay. Our first visit 4 ywears ago set the bar very high. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd trip too. There was some wear and tear since our first visit. It was bit of a bummer that one of the window blinds was missing the stick to open/ close them. We were a bit annoyed that there were tons of closets, but not a single hanger to be found and the iron wasn’t working right. In the grand scheme, these are minor items and we’d still return again.

Great stay

This property was a great stay for extended (multi generational) family. We enjoyed the ocean front view from the balcony. The walk to the beach was easy to navigate. Children enjoyed the pool, although the pool could use a bit more shade. The elevator opening right to our condo was a first time experience for us but was positive. The condo was well supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, etc.

Family get away to Tybee

The condo was exactly as advertised. The beach access and pool access was easy. Parking right by the elevator that lead directly into the unit. We enjoyed being next door to The Deck for easy beach day lunches. It was a quick drive to the south side of the island and easy to get to the local coffee spots and restaurants.

The location of the property was perfect. The unit was so clean and we were RIGHT on the beach. Having the elevator open right up in the living room was such a fun touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning when we can come back!
