Great location for family vacation

We really enjoyed the location of Tybee, only a short walk to the beach and no crowds or traffic to contend with. If you walk to the right a bit you can catch the waves and if you stay you can be by the calm river side. The house was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and whirlpool tub. We had some issues with the remote control that were resolved. The kitchen was stocked but definitely pack your ziplock bags, foil etc. The house did have some boogie boards and a few games but would have liked more board games for downtime. The outdoor shower was great and plenty of restaurants and shops close by.

Great for a group or big family

What a fabulous time we had at Beachy Keen on Tybee Island!! we had three adult couples, and the house was the perfect size. Maybe a five minute walk to the ocean, and we made sure to hit that every single day! Rental company was fabulous with communication. House had all the amenities that we needed. Would suggest to guests, that they make sure to bring or buy kitchen things like tinfoil and baggies etc. But it wasn’t an issue, as we arrived on a Saturday night and just went shopping Sunday morning. Would definitely book this rental again!

Great location for North beach

This was the 4th time my family has stayed here. House is older but clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location for us to fish on the north side of the island. We will probably go again if the pricing stays reasonable.

So much room

Spring break trip for our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone, which came in handy because the weather didn't cooperate most days and we were stuck in the house. Upstairs living room was a nice added touch for reading and relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised by having a garage as well. Property was on a quiet street, a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to great pizza, little shops, and the Marine Science Center/Lighthouse attractions. Master bath felt a little dated and the King mattress could have been more firm. Management was extremely responsive with 2 issues we had on separate days (downstairs TV didn't work, smoke alarm batteries needed changing). They sent someone out very quickly, even on Easter Sunday. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Families

My husband, our 3 kids, and I loved this property. It located in a quiet neighborhood on the North end of the island. There is a short walk to the beach and the beach was never crowded. The only down part (and this has nothing to do with the property) were the smells that came from the water treatment plant at the end of the street. The house itself was very clean with plenty of extra linens and towels. The toiletries were well stocked and there was always hot water for all 5 of us. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook. All the beds were very comfortable. My family loved the house and we would absolutely rent it again. *Note: this house is located before the lighthouse. The water is much calmer due to the fact it is where the Savannah River lets into the Atlantic. No crazy waves. Great for families with little kids. And tons of dolphins to see!

Great location for beach access n travel to Tybee n Savannah. Only problem refrigerator had a shrimp odor. Apparently someone before us had kept in refrigerator n not in a sealed container. We bought Clorox n baking soda to try to help. Didn’t work.
