This beautiful house is in an ideal location, boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms with many great household amenities, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and more. The house itself is only a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 10-minute walk to one of the most bustling streets in town, Tybreesa Street, and a 15-minute walk to the grand Tybee pier. Even though the house is located on one of the busier sides of the island, it still manages to be a very quiet and peaceful stay. If you want to grab a bite to eat, some of the best restaurants are just around the corner and offer great experiences with their unique themes. Don't worry about parking, you can walk to all the shops and eateries. Our stay was lovely. Location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. IGA grocery store is just a short car ride away. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the showers had very good water pressure. Having the screened porch was a huge plus especially when the weather did not cooperate. We truly enjoyed the big screen TV (didn't know our family all loved baseball so much}. Highly recommend staying at Betsy's home

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, VERY VERY NICE AND CLEAN, 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH! IT HAS A NICE SCREENED IN PORCH! ALL NEW APPLIANCES! MARBLE TOP ISLAND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE KITCHEN! WASHER/DRYER! 3 VERY NICE BEDROOMS!! IT HAS A DRIVE WAY YOU CAN PARK YOUR CAR OF THE STREET, 2 CARS WOULD PROBABLY FIT IN DRIVEWAY. AS FOR THE OWNER SHES THE BEST EVER! Perfect little Tybee Oasis!

We've been visiting Tybee for years and this is one of our favorite condos we've stayed in. There were absolutely no issues with our stay at all. There's privacy, easy parking and plenty of space. The condo is within walking distance to pretty much all of our favorite places. The place is clean, cute, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and this place just generally felt like a home away from home. One of the greatest parts of the home imo is the screened in porch! It's large, and really quite private for the area. There were even baby herons perched in the palm tree right off the porch. We adored this condo and will definitely stay here again!

Girls Getaway

This is a fantastic property. Everything as listed and so much more. The house is less than on block from the beach and within h walking distance to many, many restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. We stopped at the grocery store on the drive in form the airport and only got in the car once during our stay - to go to the Tybee lighthouse and into Savannah for the day to explore.The house is super comfortable, well appointed and safe. I recommend this property and will definitely plan future visits around the availability of this house. Communication and hospitality of the host was perfect.

Savannah Bananas weekend

We stayed for long weekend to attend bananas game, fish, beach, and go out in Savannah.House perfect for three couples. Full kitchen, great beach access, plenty of parking. Very interactive and responsive host.

I'll start by saying that I booked this property because it had a 10/10 rating.The house was great.The neighborhood was great.The location was great.But it was not clean. I was pulling dishes out of the cabinet that had food on them. Greasy fingerprints, what appeared to be egg on a plate, etc. I had to wipe cown the kitchen counters because there was still food residue and something like salt on areas of the counters and dining table. There was a cupcake wrapper behind one of the bedroom nightstands. Hair all along the baseboards of the master bath. Dust in several places - not recently settled dust, but a thick layer of dust that had not been cleaned in some time (master bathroom, floors under furniture, like aforementioned nightstand). The door leading to the balcony had something black that appeared to be mold (was not dirt) all over the outside of the door.I get it. We stayed in February, it was the off-season, not a lot of rental activity and therefore not a lot of visits from the cleaners. But I would expect that when the property IS rented, someone would come make sure everything was perfect/ready for a renter. That, it was not.I'll credit the renter by saying that they did offer to send a cleaner out to re-clean. I declined for 2 reasons. 1-the place should have already been cleaned, prior to our arrival. 2-I didn't want to navigate my vacation plans around cleaners coming.Other than the lack of cleanliness, though, the house was great.

Girls weekend fun

The house was perfect for our girls weekend trip. It was close to the beach, had appropriate amount of pots/pans, and cleanliness throughout the home. The host was responsive to any questions/issues we had. Only improvement would be to have the dishwasher serviced. It didn’t want to clean the dishes very well.
