Villa Charm est une belle maison de style sud construite sur mesure dans le quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme de l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord de l'Ăźle Tybee, disponible Ă  la location par des groupes familiaux ou des adultes responsables de plus de 25 ans. Villa Charm est une nouvelle location de vacances disponible pour la premiĂšre fois Ă  partir du Nouvel An 2019. Villa Charm est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de sa sƓur, la construction en miroir de Villa Palms. Il y a 4 grandes chambres avec 4. 5 bains dans cette maison. Trois de ces chambres sont chacune des chambres de maĂźtre avec leur propre salle de bain complĂšte privĂ©e et un balcon privĂ©. Cette maison accepte les animaux domestiques et l'accĂšs Ă  la plage est Ă  seulement 500 mĂštres.

Le niveau d'entrée principal de Villa Charm est un plan d'étage ouvert du grand salon et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et un coin repas. La cuisine comprend un double four encastré, un grand réfrigérateur, une cuisiniÚre, un four micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle. Le salon comprend une grande télévision à écran plat de 55 pouces, 2 canapés, 1 canapé-lit queen-size. La table à manger peut accueillir 8 et 3 siÚges supplémentaires dans la zone de préparation de l'ßlot de cuisine.

L'une des chambres des maßtres se trouve à l'arriÚre de ce niveau d'entrée avec une salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne et baignoire sur pattes et balcon privé. Le niveau d'entrée principal de cette maison comprend également une buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse haute efficacité pleine grandeur et un demi-bain dans le couloir.

Le dernier étage comprend les deux autres chambres principales avec douche privée et baignoires sur pattes et une quatriÚme chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et une salle de bain complÚte dans le couloir. Cet étage comprend un wet-bar construit sur mesure avec une télévision à écran plat et un canapé-lit queen. Trois chambres de maßtre ont des téléviseurs Internet à écran plat avec lecteurs DVD. Le rez-de-chaussée et le dernier étage ont chacun des climatiseurs séparés et des thermostats programmables.

Le garage a beaucoup d'espace pour se garer à l'intérieur. Il y a de la place supplémentaire pour garer plus de 2 véhicules hors rue dans l'allée et sous le carport.

Cette maison a WIFI, barbecue à gaz et beaucoup d'espace porche pour s'asseoir et se détendre.

The house was nice, with good open areas for socializing and comfortable bedrooms. The owner was very communicative about the check in/out process and some minor maintenance that occurred while we were there. The beach access is convenient and easier to use than some of other the other beach front properties nearby.

Amazing property! Tony was a great host and insured we had all we needed. He even checked in through the stay to make sure all was well. It’s the little things that make a stay great, and Tony hit it all! Very comfortable, great location, and just an overall nice house. Nice clean large house with plenty of space

This is a true VRBO, Tony the owner is your point of contact and he takes good care of you. If you need anything from him he lives nearby. We were two families with 4 kids in the 12-14 range and had plenty of space. The 3 bedrooms with king beds were very large and had large bathrooms as well. The bunkbed room was a little smaller and the bathroom was across the hall but still worked fine. There is also a sitting room with couch and TV just outside the bunk room. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. The location is very close to a beach access point but this is the river side of the beach. If you want to be on the actual Atlantic you need to drive or take a very long walk. However, Tony provides a parking pass so you can park anywhere on the island without having to pay. A very nice bonus! There were also beach chairs in the garage, along with a second fridge that we used to keep all of our drinks cold.

A Gem!

Rain or shine, this place was a fantastic stay. Though it rained for most of our trip, the home provided ample space for us to hang out and relax. The porches on every floor allowed for a great time to sit out and feel the breeze or listen to the rain. Situated in the perfect part of Tybee Island, the short walk to the beach over the boardwalk was perfect. The entire house was so clean and homelike. Tony was excellent throughout the whole rental process and answered questions quickly. This is by far one of the best rental experiences I've had!

Absolutely Perfect!

We recently stayed at this beautiful house on Tybee Island, and it was absolutely amazing. The house was located in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. It was also close to restaurants, shops, and bars. The house itself was perfect. It was spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. The host was also wonderful. He was very responsive to our questions and requests, and he made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay on Tybee Island.

Great vacation house

Our stay was great. Anthony was very attentive to our needs and a great host. We were there for our family reunion and decided to make it a week vacation for the kids. There was well equipped with everything and more you needed to make our stay comfortable. It really felt like a gone away from home.

Nice rental very close to beach

Very well stocked house. Super clean and had a little something for all cleaning needs. Super close to the beach and every activity was about one mile from the house. Loved the multiple Master bedroom suites and provided separate space for the kids. Would rent again.

Spacious and exceptional

Exceptional, vacation rentals! Owner goes up and beyond and supplies the house with all the little things that are typically forgotten while traveling. Super spacious bedrooms including three in large master bedrooms with private bathrooms. Very clean and high end finishes. Super location and highly recommend!!

Great beach home in a great location

The home was immaculate and just beautiful. We had family from several states meet here for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner was no problem as there was plenty of pots and pans, and silverware, etc., as the house was well stocked with anything you would need. We walked in to a very clean home with fresh flowers, toiletries, and even dog bones for our pet. It’s a short walk through a beautiful neighborhood to the beach. The owner, Tony, is an incredibly nice person and a pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely see if this home is available during our next trip as we would rent with Tony again.

Relaxing beach vacation

We came to Tybee Island for my son's graduation from SCAD. We had such a great time! The house was beautiful and clean with all the amenities of home. My daughters, son-in-law, and grandchildren had a great time at the beach. My husband and chose to enjoy the peace and quiet by reading on the beautiful balconies.

I was with a group of women for a weekend away and we had a great time at the house. It was spacious, Tony was very accommodating and would immediately answer any communications with questions we had. A short walk from the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and night life. Highly recommend this property. Tony, is very attentive and responsive. The freezer was installed the day we got there and it had not yet made ice. Tony showed up with two large bags of ice and then again a few days later he showed up with more! Property is as pictured and Taybee is better than we imagined! We will be back.

Beach week

This was our first trip to Tybee Island. We had a great week. the house was perfect for our group of 10. We enjoyed the large beach where we saw dolphins every day. We spent an evening in Savanah, which is very cool town. My only disappointment was that this beach is not on the ocean. I enjoy playing in the waves and body surfing. this beach is on the Savanah river, where it meets the Atlantic...you would need to travel further into the Island to experience the ocean.

The home is great and Tony is a wonderful host! Great kitchen, nice amenities, great parking! Beach doesn’t allow dogs, but otherwise it’s a perfect place to stay! Would highly recommend!
