Welcome to the Splash Inn Upper Unit!
This property has been professionally designed and renovated to provide the ultimate Tybee Island getaway with all the amenities you will need to have a comfortable and fun filled beach vacation. Enjoy a heated pool, propane grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs, pool floats, a private screened in porch with a daybed swing, games, books, and upscale furnishings to promote relaxation and gathering with your friends and family!
Located on the South end of Tybee. Walking distance from Tybee`s restaurants and bars, simply walk across the street to the beach! Extremely convenient location and free parking in our expansive gravel lot.
*****Please note: This Home is two units in a duplex, including an upper and lower unit. This LISTING is for the upstairs unit only. The parking lot as well as the pool area will be shared with any guests staying below you. Please See Splash Inn Main Listing if you are interested in renting the entire estate.*****
The Splash Inn upper unit boasts a screened in porch with a twin size hanging daybed as well as an outdoor dining table. Upon entering the unit, you will find a comfortable living area equipped with a sofa, additional lounge seating, a smart TV, and plenty of board games and books for any rainy days you may encounter!
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including an electric range stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, as well as a keurig, a retro style refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
Sleeping arrangements upstairs include 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds adjoined by a jack and jill bathroom leading to the second bedroom which offers a full sized bed.
There is a large, gravel parking lot directly in front of the house to provide free parking for guests. Additional parking directly in front of the unit on the street is available, however should not be necessary. The parking lot attached to the Splash Inn can comfortably fit up to 2 vehicles per unit. Please be sure not to block any guest vehicles staying in the lower unit.
PRIME, DESIRABLE LOCATION!!! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, retail stores, and the beach!!!
The Splash Inn is located directly on the main strip of Tybee Island (where highway 80 turns into Butler Avenue). The closest beach access by foot is located on 13th street across the street!
By the pool, guests can enjoy sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a shared laundry room, and an outdoor dining table with a propane grill.
