(4) Guests with pet allergies should be aware that this is a dog-friendly rental
(5) Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera at the entrance to the building and facing the parking lot. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
(6) There is no Security Deposit charge at the time of reservation. However, there will be a hold for $250 one day before you checkout. This is 100% refundable within 7 days, after checkout, if there is no damage to the property
