If you're flying in, the nearest major airport is General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) in Milwaukee, approximately a 56 minute drive away. While public transportation options are limited in this tranquil, lake-focused setting, the drive offers scenic views and easy access to the property. Consider a rental car for the most convenient way to explore the region, including nearby towns, golf courses, and ski resorts. Enjoy the flexibility of having your own transportation to fully experience all that Elkhorn and the surrounding areas have to offer.



Other Things to Note:

Please review the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at our Twin Lakes lakefront home:



- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM

- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with advance notice and is subject to availability

- Ample on-site parking is available for up to five vehicles

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home

- Pets are not allowed

- The property is family-friendly but not suitable for events, parties, or large gatherings

- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book

- A government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in

- Please be respectful of neighbors, especially during evening hours



Accessibility and Safety Notes:

- The home requires stairs to access the main level

- The private dock is available for guest use, but you must bring your own watercraft and any necessary boating equipment



For your safety, three exterior security cameras are installed: one faces the lake side of the home, one faces the driveway and walkway, and the third is a Ring doorbell at the front entry. These cameras record video and sound when motion is detected and do not monitor any indoor spaces
