Experience this extraordinary 8-bedroom new-construction desert retreat, where modern comfort and the natural beauty of Joshua Tree converge. Peak's grand scale, amenities and unparalleled privacy make it a rare and coveted group destination.

Unlike any other home in the High Desert – in both size and grandeur – the property features two contiguous swimming pools, each with their own hot tub, and three gas fire pits, creating the perfect setting for intimate gatherings or group celebrations. The estate's layout, with two primary suites in one wing and six additional bedrooms in the other, offer privacy and resort-style comfort for every guest. Each of the eight bedrooms is thoughtfully designed with spa-inspired bathrooms, comfortable king beds, smart TVs, and sliding glass doors leading to the many exterior patios. Five of the bedrooms have built-in desks. The interior living room boasts elevated organic interior amenities and a designer velvet couch positioned towards the panoramic views of Joshua Tree National Park, thoughtfully designed to blend the indoor and outdoor living spaces. At the center of the great room, you'll find a large sunken conversation pit with a custom chandelier light fixture overhead. The property also features a custom 20-ft dining table with built-in banquette seating, an outdoor kitchen with multiple dining areas, a dedicated game room, billiards table, and entertainment room with a bar / fridge that is separate from the main living area.

As part of an exclusive 5-home development totaling 18 bedrooms, Peak offers an exceptional setting for groups and intimate family and friend gatherings. IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.

- PARKING - The number of approved spaces for your rental can be found on the information posted inside the unit and the guidebook sent prior to check-in. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.

- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.

- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.

- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

Positioned between the north and west entrances of Joshua Tree National Park, Peak offers perfect access to the high desert's natural wonders. 8 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree, 10 minutes to Indian Cove Park campgrounds & hiking, 12 minutes to downtown 29 Palms, 20 minutes to Yucca Valley, 25 minutes to Pioneertown.

Amazing house

What a great weekend away

This house is magical. The sunset views were amazing and the house was way bigger than the pictures even show. The eight bedrooms and the 7 bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space. The fully fenced yard made it easy to bring our dog along. The pool and jacuzzi were great and beautiful at night.

Great spot

This house was perfect for our needs. My extended family stayed here over the winter holidays and the capacity, comfort and location cannot be beat. Host responsiveness was everything one would want. The grounds themselves are well kept and were perfect for our two dogs as well. We spent a few days in the park(extremely busy this time of year) but honestly could have spent everyday at the house in the spa, playing games, eating, reading, etc. Highly recommend.
