Welcome to Sunrise Cove 9, a peaceful retreat just 500m from the beach where the beauty of nature meets the ease of coastal living. *Situated absolute creekfront* on the famous Cudgen Creek, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit offers the perfect setting for your dream beachside escape. Imagine waking up to the morning sun casting its golden light across the creek â this is what life at Sunrise Cove is all about!
Step outside to find your own private slice of paradise. The *creekfront location* means youâre just moments away from all the activities you love â kayaking, fishing, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The communal *pool* is a short stroll from your door, offering a refreshing place to cool off and unwind in a beautifully landscaped setting. The *undercover BBQ* and sun loungers in the pool area provide you with a means to refuel and relax on your holiday. Walk through the secure gate to the *boardwalk*, perfect for a peaceful stroll to watch the wildlife and paddleboarders, or a scenic route to your morning coffee.
The spacious, open-plan layout of the apartment is designed to let the outdoors in. It features a 6-seater dining table, Smart TV, comfortable lounge suite and sliding doors that flow onto the covered outdoor area. Here you can enjoy the roaring ocean sounds and uninterrupted views of Cudgen creek whilst you enjoy a morning coffee. Watch the sunrise on the day bed, or enjoy sunset drinks with friends at the ample 6-seater outdoor dining setting. The kitchen includes an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press and Nespresso pod coffee machine (BYO Pods). Itâs the perfect space to create some hearty meals to enjoy looking out over the creek with your family and friends.
The master bedroom features a *Queen* bed, wall-mounted TV, walk-in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet, making it the ideal place to retreat after a day at the beach or by the pool. The second bedroom has *2 King Single beds* and access to the *small private patio* adjoining the master bedroom. The main bathroom also has a shower and toilet.
Throughout the apartment, ceiling fans circulate the perfect creek breeze, keeping the space cool and comfortable, no matter the season. For your convenience, the unit includes washer and dryer, plus iron and ironing board. The unit is ground floor however stairs are required to access the pool and boardwalk from the unit. There is a *small single lock up garage* available for compact car parking, plus open car parking in visitors (1).

Salt Mill cafĂ© has some of the best coffee in Kingscliff and Greek Taverna is a beautiful place for meals on holiday- both less than 500m from your complex. Faulks Park (just 300m away!) has a lovely childrenâs playground that is popular with local families. There is also open space here to play frisbee or kick a ball. Close by is the other end of the adjoining boardwalk, and an easy, sloped and sandy entrance to Cudgen creek, great for little ones.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
