This condo is located only 0.5 miles from Bryant-Denny Stadium and right in the heart of the Strip, walking distance from any bar or restaurant! The condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. The first bedroom has a King bed, a desk for any last minute work you need to do before attending a football game, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, desk, TV, and attached bathroom with a tub shower.

The condo is located in a gated community and you will have 2 reserved parking spots. There is also a grill on the property for your convenience! The courtyard is shared by several units and is open for you to use.

Please be aware that parking is very compact. If you have an oversized vehicle, you will more than likely not fit and need to find alternative parking.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
