Modern apartment located in a period building equipped with a lift, capable of accommodating up to 4 people in the heart of the Quadrilatero, one of the best known and most popular areas of Turin, an elegant neighborhood full of clubs. We are a stone's throw from the Porta Susa train station, the metro (XVIII December) and the city center. Near Piazza Statuto, Piazza Savoia and 10 minutes from the MAO and Piazza Benefica where the most prestigious market in Turin takes place every morning.

Comfortable apartment of approximately 60 m2 on the first mezzanine floor of a historic building with a lift.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with queen-size sofa bed, TV, chairs and dining table;
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, counter with stools at the entrance, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, toaster and kitchen utensils.
- BEDROOM with a double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, WC, sink, bidet.
- BALCONY overlooking the internal courtyard;
- French BALCONIES overlooking Piazza XVIII Dicembre.

- From Turin Porta Nuova, you can reach the apartment with the subway to XVIII December stop, 1-minute walk from the property.
- The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car.
It is possible to park for a fee at the Porta Susa Station Parking (FS Park) or at the Central Parking Torino (Via Juvarra, 22) 170 m from the accommodation.
