On the main level as you enter you will find the 4th bedroom, comprising of a queen sized bed and plenty of storage in the built in robes. On this floor you will also find internal access to the double lock up garage, a very convenient powder room and a fully equipped laundry.
Head down stairs to what we believe is the perfect kids retreat, fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning, a pool table, access out onto the tiled terrace area and the fully fenced back yard.
On this floor is the master bathroom, with a walk in shower and a jet spa bath tub.
There is external access into the master bathroom, perfect after a long day at the beach or a dip in the pool.

Down the hall you will find 3 of the bedrooms, each having their own access out to the tiled terrace/patio area and views to the ocean.
Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and built in robes.
Bedroom 2 has 2x single beds and a built in robe.
Bedroom 3 has 2x king single beds or a king-sized bed and a walk-in robe.

Head upstairs to find the most stunning ocean views from every room! To your left is a fully equipped kitchen, with walk in pantry, gas cooktop and dishwasher. There is another living area with luscious seating. To your right is the formal living area, with a smart, flat screen TV, a wood fire place and don't forget those views!

Also on the top level is the spacious Master bedroom and en-suite, with a king-sized bed, walk in robe and opening onto the large balcony.

The large full-length ocean balcony is where you will want to be, from the moment you wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise on the horizon, to enjoying an afternoon BBQ while the kids play in the large solar heated pool below.

Enjoy seeing the wildlife up close, from birds and kangaroos just over the fence, to the whales on full view during the whale season. There is a walking track that leads from the backyard straight to the beach, no need to load the car with sandy towels and surfboards!
