Probably won't book here again.

The price was right, great for pretty much having a whole house. I'm not sure that the property owner sent me the instructions for getting into the house as stated in the listing, but they got back to my message really quickly. First impression - the grass was nearly knee-high and inside was quite musty-smelling. The A/C had a hard time keeping up with the outside heat, during the day it stayed 78-80* in the house. In my hunt for a knife to make my kids a sandwich, I found a box of sugar in the cabinet that had gotten the attention of a lot of ants, so I took that outside and threw it in the bin that already had a few bags of trash in it. The floor was quite wavy, so I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with balance issues. The GFCI outlet in the bathroom (without a switch plate on it) was broken, so I couldn't use my hair tools in the bathroom. Water gets extremely hot. The beds were comfortable, as were the common area furnishings. The location was easy to find and well located.

The house was clean and ready. There are cameras that made us feel like we were being watched cause every time you open the door they connected. Other than that the location was really good. There is not a privacy fence so you are open to neighbors. But it was very quiet.

Convenient, clean, and safe

My fiancé and I stayed here for the Ole Miss football game in Oxford. The house was cozy and clean. My favorite aspect was the security. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had ADT security with a camera on the front porch that made a sound when it detected motion. This made us feel very safe which is sometimes a question when staying in a home and neighborhood you've never stayed in before.

Cute Cabin/Location Nice

We enjoyed our stay in the 2br/1bath home. It was pretty centrally located for attractions and historic downtown Tupelo. Many restaurants close by in downtown. Very close to the Birthplace of Elvis which was our draw for renting this cottage. Thank you to our host Jamison.
