The Neighborhood:
The beautiful residential neighborhood of Aldea Zamá, where the condo is located, puts you at the halfway mark between Tulum's town and the beach! Both the town and beach areas offer incredible restaurants, shops, fun stuff to do, and sites to see. Plus, the famous Mayan Ruins are just a short drive away! Whether you're a food fanatic, a shopaholic, a beach-goer, or an adventure seeker, this area gives you easy access to it all!

Getting Around:
The condo is about 120 km | 75 miles or about a 2-hour drive from Cancun International Airport (CUN). The new Tulum airport has just opened if you’d like to see if your flight flies directly there. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

- We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed. Just let us know!
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- The complex is a 100% "non-smoking" property. No smoking is allowed inside the apartments or in the common areas, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- Parties, events, and business meetings are not allowed, under any circumstances, at any hour, in any place within the building. No noise after 10 pm, please, to respect the neighbors.
- Pool and common area rules and hours of 8 am to 8 pm must be respected.
- The pool was built with local materials. You may find the water not appearing as clear blue due to this reason, even when it's been recently cleaned.
- The Wellness Sanctuary Spa is available onsite for an extra cost. Please contact us for more information.
- To use the common area jacuzzi, guests must book at least 6 hours in advance. The jacuzzi is available from 12 pm to 9 pm, and a maximum of 2 people is allowed.
- Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise.
- Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival.
