The Space:

This three-story apartment in Aldea Zama sleeps 14 guests across six bedrooms and six bathrooms, with a private rooftop pool overlooking the jungle canopy. You're perfectly positioned between Tulum's town center and the beach road, with cenotes, shopping, and the coast all within easy reach by bike or car.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The penthouse master suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the rooftop pool — step out of bed and into the water with jungle views all around. Two additional suites offer queen beds, private bathrooms, and balconies where you can catch the morning breeze. Two more bedrooms come with queen beds, while the bunk room sleeps four on twin beds — great for kids or friends traveling together. Every bedroom includes air conditioning, room-darkening shades, and a TV for downtime.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan living and dining area overlooks the community pool, giving you a relaxed spot to gather after a day exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, whether you're blending smoothies before a beach run or cooking dinner together. Multiple balconies and patios extend your living space outdoors, surrounded by greenery.



Outdoor Amenities

The private rooftop pool is your elevated retreat — float under the sun, take in the jungle, and enjoy having the space to yourselves. You'll also have access to the community pool with a bar and palapa lounging area, adding more options for lazy afternoons. Complimentary bicycles (subject to availability) make it easy to explore the bike path down to the beach road.



Good To Know

The apartment includes a dedicated workspace, Wifi, a private entrance, elevator access, and free parking on premises and on the street. The complex has 24-hour gated security for peace of mind. Bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels are all provided. Airport transfers can be arranged if needed. Housekeeping during your stay is available for an additional fee. For stays of seven nights or more, electricity is charged as consumed at $6 MXN per kilowatt. The plunge pools are not heated, and bicycles are subject to availability at the complex.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to your condo during your stay and of course you may access the common areas which include a lounge area, hammocks, sun chairs, swimming pool, open-air lobby, bikes to use (subject to availability) and free parking.



The Neighborhood:

The residential neighborhood of Aldea Zama is perfectly at the halfway mark between Tulum's town and the beach! It's perfect to bike, walk or jog around and shopping in town, convenience stores, grocery stores and more in walking distance. Easy access to the bike path from the condo down to the beach road and you'll be in a nice area surrounded by lush jungle and nature's elements with modern comforts & convenience.



Getting Around:

Artia in Aldea Zama is about 119 km/74 miles or about a 1 hr 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN).



Other Things to Note:

Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.



- NOTE THIS COMPLEX IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES AND LOUD GROUPS - CONDOMINIUM RULES WILL BE ENFORCED.



- There is no daily housekeeping at the condo, but if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay, you can arrange this for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. That is an add-on with cleaning service.



- The plunge pools are not heated. The jets are used for cleaning and filtering only.



-The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.



- Please note that the TV in the living room and the dishwasher are out of order at the moment.



-We provide bottled water, high quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment all complimentary for our guests. We can also help with an airport transfer if need, just let us know!



-Bicycles offered at the complex are subject to availability.



-The condo has its own 24-hour guarded security.



- Electricity is not included for rentals of 7 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.



- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO PLEASE ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.

- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you before arrival. We’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just send us a message
