This house is located in town in a gated community called Riviera Tulum. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but yet close enough to everything. The drive to the beach is approximately 10 minutes.
The house is completely private. The backyard is enclosed with a plunge pool, perfect for an afternoon swim. The upstairs balcony has amazing views of sunrise or sunset.
The house has plenty of luxuries, including air conditioning, WIFI, TV, and full kitchen.

We recommend a car for this property. It is a gated, safe neighborhood which means there are not taxis driving by regularly. It is a short drive to everything, but too far to walk to town or the beach.

If you have a car, you will be very happy here. The beach is a short drive from the house. Tulum town is also just a few minutes away, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, bars,
and shops.
