The Neighborhood:

Located in La Veleta, the most recent addition to Tulum's ever-expanding district. Is a peaceful, serene, rustic,e jungle-feel, leaving you just a short car ride away from the infamous beach road. Areas of La Veleta are currently undergoing a major expansion, so construction and bumpy unpaved roads are not uncommon.



Less than 10 minutes in the other direction takes you to La Veleta, a highly sought-after area of Tulum with many vibrant restaurants and cafes, and jungle-studded paths open to wander. Equally as close is Aldea Zama, offering access to the exclusive hub of residence inside. A few minutes further you will find yourself in Tulum Centro, the heart of the action of this vibrant town.

•Turn off A/C units, lights, and electronics when not in use.

❄️ A/C should never remain on when the villa is unoccupied to avoid energy waste.

•Drugs and firearms are strictly prohibited.

🚫 Possession or use will result in immediate eviction and legal action under Mexican law.



🌴 Unexpected Events



•Tulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur.

These are beyond our control.

⛈ In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons.



•The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather.



🚫 External vendors are not allowed
