The indoor decor is comfortable with modern, comfortable furnishing. The open layout allows for a cute counter area perfect for 4 to 6 people to sit down and dine. The couch is a sleeper sofa that faces the large smart TV. The entire apartment is surrounded with large windows, so the apartment is bright in every room.

Both bedrooms are spacious with King Beds in each and large closets for any length of stay! The main bedroom includes a smart TV as well as an ensuite bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped including all the basic you need to prepare a full meal for up to 6 guests. We provide appliances as well such as coffee maker, blender, etc. If you would like to relax, our concierge can also arrange for maids services to help keep the place clean.

Climbing up the cute spiral staircase, you enter the private terrace which features an outdoor grill, alfresco dining, and jacuzzi tub, giving you the ability to add cold or hot water, creating the perfect temperature to enjoy day or night! It drains and fills easily, ensuring the water is clean and fresh with every use.

Guest have access to entire apartment as well as the shared facilities such as multiple pools, common areas with lounges, and gym.

We have a dedicated concierge that can help setup all your needs and things to do such as airport transportation, restaurants, beach clubs, tours, etc.

The Aldea Zama area is a private neighborhood with it's own 24 hour security patrolling the area as well as the street has it's own night watch security guard to provide extra safety. Aldea Zama also has a restaurant district with several restaurants, small market, and bars just about a 7 min walking distance away.

There are taxis available if you call, but they dont normally pass in the residential areas. also they can be quite expensive, so for large groups ask our concierge about private transportation with van/driver. it's more cost efficient for large groups and way more convenient.

please note that Tulum is a small community still underdevelopment. What makes this tiny little puebla amazing also can cause periodic inconveniences as the infrastructure is not that of major big cities you may be used to.

so please note that you may experience interruptions in things like water, electricity and/or wifi during your stay. Our team is dedicated to resolving any issues as soon as possible but there are factors that are out of our control!

Also the city is under a huge amount of development right now so there are construction noises all around. please be aware that sometimes the noises are louder than others but in general are tolerable to sleep. constructions is only allowed during the day.

please make sure that you lock all doors and windows for the protection of your things when you are not in the home. there is 24 hour security in aldea zama but it's necessary to keep all doors and windows locked to keep the home and your belongings safe.
