• Tulum is a developing town, and brief, unscheduled power outages can occur. They’re usually resolved quickly, and we’ll always do our best to assist if one happens.
• Wi-Fi is generally reliable, but if you notice any issues, please let us know so we can help promptly.
• Water pressure and temperature may fluctuate occasionally — this is normal in the area.
• While the unit is regularly cleaned and fumigated, tropical insects may appear from time to time due to the surrounding jungle environment.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Late check-outs need to be requested in advance and are subject to availability!)
• Use the Google Maps link and directions provided inside your guest portal for accurate navigation. Other apps may cause delays or misrouting.
• Only the primary guest may hold keys or access codes—do not share or duplicate them.

➡️ Conduct & Respect
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
• No parties or unregistered guests. Let us know in advance if you’re expecting visitors.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. A fine of up to $200 USD applies if violated.
• Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before your stay.

➡️ Cleanliness & Property Care
• Please don’t move any of the furniture.
• Avoid using white towels for makeup removal.
• If there are any breakages, damages, or an excessive mess beyond what’s considered normal use, a cleaning or repair fee may apply. Please just let us know if anything happens.

• Help us conserve energy: Turn off A/C and lights when you’re not in the unit.
• Use your own logins for streaming services. Please don’t purchase additional content and remember to log out before checkout.

➡️ DIRECTIONS TO MIRALUNA TULUM

Whether you're arriving from Cancun International Airport or the new Tulum International Airport, follow the steps below to reach your unit easily and without confusion:

✈️ From Cancun International Airport (CUN)

1. Exit the Airport Toward Highway 307
After picking up your rental car or shuttle, follow signs for Carretera Cancun–Tulum (Highway 307) heading south.

2. Drive South on Highway 307
Continue for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours (about 120 km / 75 miles), depending on traffic.
You’ll pass Playa del Carmen and a few smaller towns.

3. Approach Tulum
As you enter town, look for the main intersection with a Super Aki supermarket on the corner. Turn left onto Avenida Coba.

4. Continue on Avenida Coba
Drive approximately 1.2 km down Avenida Coba.

5. Enter Aldea Zama
After passing the police station, slow down and slide right onto Aldea Zama. At the roundabout take the first exit, then turn right and follow the street for another 650m. Miraluna will be on your left.


✈️ From Tulum International Airport (TQO)

1. Exit the Airport and Follow Highway 307
Exit the airport and follow Highway 307 north toward Tulum Town.

2. Drive North on Highway 307
Continue for about 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach the main intersection with the Super Aki supermarket, turn right onto Avenida Coba.

4. Continue on Avenida Coba
Drive approximately 1.2 km down Avenida Coba.

5. Enter Aldea Zama
After passing the police station, slow down and slide right onto Aldea Zama. At the roundabout take the first exit, then turn right and follow the street for another 650m. Miraluna will be on your left.

Traffic Conditions:
The highway can get busy, especially during peak tourist seasons or weekends. Allow extra travel time.

Watch for speed bumps on local roads—they’re common and often unmarked.
