THE SPACE

- OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE: the living space is opened and bright with a comfortable sofa and a super nice king size bed. You will enjoy the beautiful view of nature right in front of you when you enter the apartment.

- KING SIZE BED: the sleeping area is equipped with a brand new high grade king size bed. You will enjoy a good night sleep in this beautiful bed. Sweet dreams guaranteed!

- FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: the kitchen is open plan and comes fully equipped. All amenities are brand new. We provide our guests with the essentials such as a coffee machine, a blender, toaster, a water boiler...Anything you need we have.

- FULL BATHROOM: the apartment comes with a full bathroom with a large rain shower, a separate toilet, and plenty of space to keep your things organized.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Chaac Tulum is located in the most vibrant and upcoming area of Tulum. Right next to Mistiq on Avenida Kukulkan, you can access the beach via the newly opened road. This gives you a direct and easy access to the fantastic beaches that Tulum has to offer.

You will be in region 15 in between the town and the beach area. Best way to move around is by bike or scooter during your stay. We can provide taxi recommendations as well but these can be pricey at night.

Plenty of good restaurants and food options around. You`ll also find a large supermarket at the entrance of Tulum where you can do grocery shopping, if cooking at home is what you like.

CAR RECOMMENDED: We highly recommend renting a car during your stay in Chaac Tulum. The roads around Zone 15 are mostly unpaved roads and some are hard to access. Moving around with a car will be much more convenient. You can consider renting a scooter too but it is more dangerous especially at night as some roads do not have lighting.

CLEANING & LINEN REFRESH: To promote sustainability, we include a complimentary cleaning every 7 days, and linen/towel refreshes every 15 days for longer stays. Additional cleanings or linen changes can be arranged upon request for a small fee.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS: As our guest, you’ll receive special discounts on sunbeds at a nearby partnered beach club—an ideal spot to unwind by the sea.

A Taste of Tulum: Tulum is a tropical environment surrounded by nature. We maintain a strict cleaning and fumigation schedule, though harmless local wildlife such as geckos or ants may occasionally be seen. Some access roads may be unpaved, which is part of the local charm.
