This villa is located at Tankah Bay, a few minutes from Tulum and close to the Mayan Ruins, the city center etc. Tulum has a very special style that you have to discover.

âąSmall gatherings require prior approval.

đ Violations may result in a USD 500 fine, police involvement, or eviction.
đĄ Energy Consumption
âąTurn off A/C units, lights, and electronics when not in use.
âïž A/C should never remain on when the villa is unoccupied to avoid energy waste.

âąDrugs and firearms are strictly prohibited.

âąTulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur.
These are beyond our control.

We do not charge for standard energy usage. However, excessive consumption may incur extra charges.

Tulum experiences occasional power outages. The building has a generator, but A/C must be manually restarted after an outage. If the thermostat shows a red blinking light, simply press the âonâ button to reactivate.

Your stay includes one cleaning on the third day. Additional cleanings are available upon request at an extra cost of $70 USD each
âąPlease note that the street leading to the property is not paved and may be affected by weather conditions from time to time. As we are located in a private bay, this is the only access road to the property â part of the charm and tranquility of the area
