★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★

Care of the Villa - Please remember that you are staying in our home away from home. Please treat our Villa with respect.

Please note that Tulum is currently going through a big expansion and very much in development. What makes this growing town magical can also sometimes turn into inconveniences as the infrastructure is not that of a major city most of us are used to.

-Water, Electricity and/or wifi interruptions - Very rare but sometimes as construction is taking place the city might do changes to cabling that could result in outages. Our team is dedicated to resolving any issues as soon as possible just sometimes please know they could be "out of our control".

-Noise Concern - Please note the house is located in a community with the probability of new construction developments due to new houses being built nearby. Construction hours could take place from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.

-Cell Service - The house is located in a new part surrounded by jungle so cell service can be poor for certain people depending on their carrier. The high speed fiber wifi is sufficient for wifi calling and video calling. We also have a land line in case of emergencies.

- Safety - The Villa is located within a gated community with a security guard 24/7. We do suggest still locking all doors and windows when departing the Vila and placing all valuables in the safes provided. For security reasons, we have placed 4 outside cameras in place.

- Party Noise - As a community within our gated community we have agreed with our neighbors that events, party and large gatherings noise should not continue after midnight. Unfortunately sometimes guest do not respect the rules and this could occur but in the case it happens you can always contact us for us to talk to the owners within the community to put a stop to this. If it happens to be outside our gated community sadly there is little we can do in Mexico.
