This 100 year old charming cottage has been 100% renovated top to bottom to provide the most luxurious stay you can imagine and just wait until you see the game room! 2 full bathrooms, 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, a full coffee bar, wine fridge and hot tub there is nothing lacking at this property. Wind down with your favorite show as there are smart TV’s in every room. Plush linens, dreamy mattresses and pillows will offer you an amazing nights sleep. Your furry 4-legged friends are welcome also!

The neighborhood is a family friendly, safe, established area with sidewalks, mature trees and long-time residents. Just down a couple miles is a great shopping center with grocery store, Target, restaurants, etc.

Guests have access to all areas of the property with the exception of the owners cabinets.

The Brass Tulip has been carefully designed beginning at the new front sidewalk. Fresh paint, landscaping and a gorgeous front door welcome you into the space. The entryway has been hand-bricked in a herringbone pattern and the ceiling shaped into a rounded cove to create a beautiful entrance. As you enter the spacious living room, you’ll be greeted with soft wall sconce lighting surrounding the massive stone fireplace with electric insert that operates with a remote. The original hardwood floors have been restored and run the length of this home. Large deep sofa and additional seating create a cozy atmosphere in the living room where you can enjoy a 65” Smart TV. Next, you’ll enter the dining room where you’ll notice we have installed gorgeous vintage transom windows and a beautiful antique drop leaf table. Walk a bit further into the brand new large, fully-stocked kitchen with all new appliances, granite counters, gorgeous pendent lighting and the most beautiful brick wall. Above the stove, you’ll find a marble masterpiece featuring “brass tulips” and a pot filler to make preparing a delicious meal easy and fun. Around the corner you’ll be greeted with our coffee and wine bar complete with wine fridge and then a few steps further will take you into the laundry room.
The primary suite is just off the mudroom and is very private and soundproof from the rest of the house. It features a plush king size bed, smart TV and a stunning ensuite with double vanity and large walk-in shower complete with rain shower head and handheld shower.
Off the dining room is a hallway which leads to 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has a queen size bed, both with wall-mounted smart TV’s. In between the bedrooms is a full bathroom that has been given the royal treatment with a gorgeous vintage leaded window and special tile work to really showcase its beauty. The original 100-year old tile floors have been professionally cleaned and restored to retain the homes charm.
Outside the back door enjoy a large patio with furniture and a hot tub that stays ready for guest use year-round. A large yard provides the perfect spot for your dogs or kiddos to get some energy out. Lastly (but BEST) open the door to the large garage that has been converted into the coolest cabin-inspired game room including a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, Pac-Man arcade game, dart board, blue tooth speaker, egg chair and futon. Plus this space is heated and air conditioned.

Yard is not fully fenced. There is a small area where you can walk through.
Kitchen has a regular drip coffee pot, filters and ground coffee as well as a Keurig with a variety of k-cups, sweeteners and creamer. Kitchen also has an air fryer, crock pot, toaster, blender, waffle maker, hand mixer, pots & pans, wine glasses, etc. There are a variety of oils, spices, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies, etc. for your use. We try to have everything in the house you could possibly need. Our “extras” closet has a straightening iron, clothes iron, shave gel, razors, toothpaste, toothbrushes, make up remover wipes, hair ties, bug spray, sunscreen, etc.
For your furry friends, we have food/water bowls, bones, a leash, wipes, potty bags, etc.
