The staff did their best with what they could⊠but with a huge concert at the BOK they seemed under prepared.
They had large groups before us checking out late, so multiple rooms were not cleaned and ready at our check in time. Not mention there was some sort of glitch with digital keys and a huge line of people trying to get help.
We were supposed to check in at 4p. Got there at 5p to a huge line and didnât get into a room (they had to move us to another room because j broke down crying because we were gonna be late for a concert) until 6p⊠we changed clothes and ran out the door.
The staff was apologetic and sincere and it wasnât their fault⊠they tried their best and were getting yelled at by everyone, but I doubt I will ever stay there again because it was very emotionally traumatic and with a small child it made it even rougher.
I should also add that even when we got to our new room, our digital key didnât work and they had run out of hard keys so engineering had to come open our door for us. Finally after the concert at 11p, our digital card worked.
