Rental Agreement:
Guests are required to complete the ID verification process after booking, for security and to prevent fraud.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in the cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.

Parking
We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.

Pets
Pets are not authorized, there will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

Fees
You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.

No mail can be delivered to the property, we do not have access to the mailbox due to security concerns.

Nice location for what we needed

If you want to be downtown and within walking distance of everything, this place is great. It was spacious enough for me and 4 little boys. Easy to check in and out. They communicated well.

The listing included “Parking on site”. The inclusion of parking was essential for my trip. Unfortunately, there is no parking available on site, in fact, there is no long term parking anywhere near the building. Although I was promised that my concern would be addressed, my calls were ignored. The listing still includes false information about parking.

This place is good for a short term stay could use a few more kitchen items for people who are staying longer like an oven mint. Also, the shower is very slippery and they need to do something because it is almost dangerous. Other than that the unit is lovely and it was easy to communicate with the people That are running these rentals.
