BA's BohoChic-steps to Rose District-Complete RENO

BohoChic in the Rose District is a gorgeous 4bd/2.5 bath home with all the bells and whistles. The best part? The location! Walk to grab an amazing meal or a cup of coffee in the morning on Main Street. The Rose District is right there! This is a completely remodeled interior but the outside begs for you to BBQ or hang out by the firepit under the sails and patio lights! We know you'll love this home and all it has to offer!

This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee/pet, plus taxes, is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.
Please be sure to add your pet count to the reservation.

For your safety and ours, a security camera is installed in the backyard by the hot tub area. We respect your privacy and do not actively monitor the footage. However, for liability purposes related to the hot tub and pool, we may review recordings if an issue arises. Rest assured, our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

The place was very clean and felt like home. The Property Owners kept in touch to make sure everything was fine. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Beds are very comfortable and we were able to get good night's rest.

We stayed in this property with our adult children and 1-year old grandchild for a family event. The house and location were perfect. It was also very pet friendly. Our dog loved the large backyard and we loved all of the surprise extra touches the hosts left around the house (snacks, emergency toiletries, and dog bones!) We were able to enjoy the weather and walk to the Rose District for everything. Communication was great and hosts were very flexible. We had to make a few last minute changes and they were happy to accommodate. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

This property is very clean and the layout was perfect for our family to stay in! It was very nice to be able to walk to the Rose District and we had everything we needed in the house. We were uncomfortable with the kitchen/living/dining areas not having any curtains (the ones in the living room were sheer). We had ZERO privacy as it got dark and the lights had to be on. All the neighbors can see into the house - front and back yards. The bathroom in one bedroom can only lock from the outside and the window in that bathroom didn’t open so that was a safety issue. The bath water was yellow in color when we filled the bath. Aside from these, we did enjoy the stay and would stay again if we’re ever in Broken Arrow again!

Rest and Relaxation

This home is as pictured. The home accommodated our party of 8 comfortably. Beds were a bit firm. Kitchen had house hold items that benefited our family. The hot tube and out door seating was wonderful. The home was clean and sheets were clean. This was a wonderful home and we appreciate the hard work that went into making our stay memorable and relaxing! On a side not: I did give communications 5 Stars because we had no issues during our stay.

It was perfect for myself and my two dogs. The neighbors were even nice and accepting of us. Some rentals homeowners are not. The little downtown was so quaint. We will be back if they will have us. PS one suggestion make sure cleaning dumps water from the coffee. It was not clean and I cleaned it.

HOHO Trip a hit at BOHO CHIC

Traveling to see the Rhema Baptist College Christmas light display was the highlight of our trip to Broken Arrow. The house is in an excellent area near Rose District and Rhema. Throughly enjoyed visiting Rose District and definitely go to the Military Museum. All of our fathers served in WWII and pieces displayed through all the wars are unbelievable. It’s a must see museum.đŸ‡ș🇾 The lights at Rhema were so so beautiful. We chose to rent a horse drawn carriage and it was fabulous.🎄 The house is so close to restaurants, shopping centers we never had any problem finding things to do. If bringing a pet, the back fenced yard is perfect for your fur-baby. đŸŸ.

Christmas time in Broken Arrow

We were in town visiting family in Broken Arrow and we love to stay in the Rose District - and this house was perfect! Spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. A very short walk to Main Street and all the fun holiday activities. Will definitely try and book again for next year!

Labor Day Fun in Broken Arrow

My family had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The house was extremely clean and well stocked for anything we needed the entire time! The location was just a few quick blocks off of the Rose District and easily walkable to all the stores and restaurants around! If you are looking for a great house for a great price with amazing hostesses within Broken Arrow I would highly recommend!

Well appointed home in great neighborhood!

We stayed in the home for a week for a softball tournament. Great neighborhood-we walked to the Rose District one day and super convenient to all shopping/groceries etc. Golf course was within 5 minutes. Home has everything you need even down to extra toothbrushes if you forgot yours! Well organized with labels so you know where everything goes after use. Backyard with grill and hot tub was nice after a long day at the fields. Hosts communicated well and check in/out was very easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Great house and great location

The house was meticulously clean, kitchen well stocked, and in a great location. The backyard was big for outdoor games and has a hot tub and fire pit. This house is perfect for families and provides games for indoors and outdoors. Emily the host was very accommodating and willing to help with anything we needed. Clean and cozy

I rented this property for our family while attending a Family baby shower in BA. The house was very clean, comfortable and a nice quiet neighborhood. They responded quickly to our texts and gave solutions. Having basically 2 primary bedrooms was great and allowed us plenty of space to get ready for our event. The family room was great for our end of night conversations.
