Welcome to our newly renovated cozy Waterfront Cottage located on Gunter Lake - 2.5hr drive out from the GTA! Bring the whole family, friends and also your furry friends are welcome! (There is a fee for pets)

Enjoy the serene sunset views from where you desire; the dock, the front porch, the picnic table, the waterfront fire pit, inside the cottage by the dining window or while you’re by the sink. Pretty much anywhere on the property promises you a beautiful view of the Lake!

We have watercrafts that must be reserved and will be available to rent for $75.00 for the entire duration of your stay. Please let us know if you're interested!

Guests can enjoy the outdoor space that belongs to the cottage and the dock!


***Please note that venturing onto the lake in the winter is not recommended as the ice is never 100% safe, and not monitored***

We will do the best we can to accommodate your requests during your stay, however, please note that this cottage is at least 15 minutes from the nearest town and most places open at 9am and close at 4pm.

We have people that can provide assistance in person.

It’s a beautiful waterfront property with lots of trees, birds, gorgeous lake views and sunsets.

There’s a public playground behind the library. Great for kids!

Guests can park on the property and there’s lots of space.

Late check out / early check in is available. Please ask us for details.

*We don’t have public waste removal and guests are required to remove the garbage they brought in. We will provide details on how and when to remove garbage. Luckily our local dump is only minutes from our cottage.

This cottage is on a well, and the water is potable. Most people don't mind, but some have mentioned it does have a different taste. We recommend bringing your own water.

We understand that removing garbage isn’t ideal and takes away from the luxury of the cottage. We apologize for any inconvenience.

This cottage can be reserved as one for 6 people or it can also be booked together with the other cottage next door to sleep a total of 14 people.
(Please ask us about accommodating larger groups).

This cottage has a scaled nightly rate. There is an additional charge for groups that exceed 4 people at $25 per person per night.

EV Charger on property is to be shared and it’s 14/50 connector.

This cottage shares some of the outdoor amenities with the neighbouring cottage - including the soccer nets, volleyball nets and dock. Please be respectful in sharing these items. Please also be advised that our outdoor furniture will be unavailable from November to April due to winter weather conditions. Also, our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.

Late check out/check in is available for $20/hr.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Deposits may be required.
1. No Parties. The guests will be evicted without any refund if there is a party or noise complaint. No loud music outdoors at any time. Mature Gatherings only.
2. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
3. No unregistered guests in the unit unless approved by host.
4. No smoking (vaping or marijuana) inside the cottage. If we find evidence of smoking in the unit, up to a $500 fee will be charged.
6. Guests are responsible for removing their own garbage. Instructions for removal can be found in the property.
7. Sorted garbage left behind will cost $20 to remove. If garbage & recycling need to be separated, $50 will incur.
8. Watercrafts are $75 and must be reserved beforehand and a waiver must be signed.
9. Dogs not allowed on furniture. We kindly request that you promptly clean up after your pet whenever they relieve themselves on the property.
10. $45 per pet fee is required. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged back to you out of your deposit.
