SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($74.90) or a refundable Safety Deposit ($1,000) will be required after booking. The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner.

PARKING: There are 2 street-specific parking passes in each casita on the built-in shelves in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dash or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car, and ensure that you are parked on 1st Ave to avoid parking tickets. Please remember to return the parking passes where you found them prior to your departure.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
