Other Things to Note:

Propane for Grill Use:

We’re happy to provide a propane grill for your use! Please note that due to multiple guest turnovers, we’re not always able to check the propane tank between every stay. If you plan to use the grill during your visit, feel free to message us at least a day before check-in so we can ensure a full tank is ready for you. If you arrive and find the tank low or empty, just reach out to us via chat, we’re more than happy to assist!



Pet fee and rules:



40-pound limit (2 dog limit for the home)

All dog poop left in the backyard/front yard must be picked up, please! (We provide supplies for this!)

$50 flat fee for stays of 5 days or less

$15 per day for stays longer than 5 days.

We currently cannot allow your furry cats due to housekeeping allergies. We hope you understand!



Smoking Policy:

Smoking is not allowed inside the home. If you'd like to smoke, please do so outside, at least 20 feet from the house.



Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have access to a professional host management team for the duration of your stay. Feel free to message us if you have any troubles checking in or need anything during your stay.
