Welcome to our beautifully remodeled property located in the heart of the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood! This listing offers two separate living spaces: a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom main house, and a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom casita.

Primary bedroom - King bed with private attached en-suite bathroom

Second bedroom - King bed that utilizes hallway bathroom

Casita - Queen bed with private attached en-suite bathroom

For safety, there are a couple of security cameras on the property, all of which are positioned to monitor the perimeters while ensuring your privacy, and absolutely no cameras indoors or ones that point towards the pool/patio area.

Our property offers fantastic outdoor amenities, including a refreshing, solar-heated pool to take a dip in, hot tub, a gas fire pit to gather around and share stories, and an outdoor kitchen for delightful cookouts.

The pool is solar-heated, which is a weather-dependent pool heating method, allowing us to extend the swimming pool season. Temperatures start heating up in April and then cool down in November. The pool is open and maintained year-round, but expect some chilly water temperatures in the winter months. The hot tub is warm year round.

Conveniently located, you're just a 10-minute walk from the University of Arizona mall and a few minutes' walk to Himmel Park, making this home an excellent choice for those looking to explore the vibrant campus area while also enjoying a peaceful retreat. The house is very well done and has some extras that make it special. We stayed here for a multi generational family weekend. There was something extra for everyone. Teen liked staying in his own pool house and the putting green. Mom liked the wonderful kitchen with nice appliances. Grandparents liked the big master bedroom, walk in spa-like shower, and easy to adjust heating/cooling. We all enjoyed the backyard garden.

Fantastic location - beautifully remodeled and comfortable

Brandon was super responsive and the check in and check out process was easy. This is a wonderful remodeled home located in the Sam Hughes neighborhood with a relaxing pool and gas fire pit seating area. This was a great place for my husband and I and our two adult daughters to stay while we were moving her into an apartment to attend the U of A in the fall. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Beautiful escape

Clean, modern and comfortable. Perfect accommodation if you are attending a conference/event at UofA. One of the highlights is definitely the backyard. There were 3 of us and the guest who stayed in the casita noticed the first morning that in order to lock up the casita, she had to exit onto the street and come in through the front door of the main house. She also did not love that someone could enter the gate at any time while she was alone in the casita. I was in the master bedroom of the main house sleeping like a baby.

We were the first to stay in this newly renovated property and left very impressed. The Casita contains its own bathroom with standup shower. Good quality modern renovations. Excellent outdoor entertainment setup with BBQ/refrigerator combo, gas fireplace, and large pool. Just under 1 mile to U of A sporting events. Nice well-kept neighborhood with several dining options within walking distance. The owner quickly responded to all questions and provided easy access/setup at the property.
