Welcome to the modern & cozy spacious house in a quiet community! This house is thoughtfully decorated to make you feel right at home while on vacation making it an overall amazing experience! Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and outdoor space to have coffee or dine. The bedroom & other living spaces have vaulted ceilings making it so unique! Enjoy the incredible Mountain Views, Unheated Pool, Games, and more. Private parking spot. The main house and guest house are set on an acre of land. Pool and outdoor areas are shared with guest house guests.

This modern-stay house gives you a luxury experience you won’t forget.

This comfortable and spacious - fully-furnished house provides a well-stocked kitchen with full size appliances easy for cooking or reheating leftovers.

The house has views of the stunning Catalina Mountains. It also has a front patio where you can enjoy having a cup of coffee.

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized. We also provide personal care and basic cleaning products. Don't forget to pack a reusable water bottle for Arizona summers!

NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.

POOL: Enjoy the UNHEATED Pool. Please be mindful that there will be guests in the guest house as well. Pool is serviced weekly.
- Hours of use are between 8am - 10pm

FIREPLACES: ARE NOT TO BE USED.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m.

ENTERTAINMENT: There are plenty of entertainment options available at your fingertips - TV, games, and more.

WASHER/DRYER: The washer and Dryer are located adjacent to the back patio between the guest home & main house.

PACK N' PLAY: Please let us know in advance if you will be needed one.

Please note you are in the desert, there is wildlife, bugs, and sometimes dust storms! The views are amazing, we ask you to leave the doors closed whether you are inside or outside to leave the critters out.

Beautiful Home and Perfect Location

This home was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It was located in a great area with stores very close by. It had all the amenities needed and the beautiful pool made it even more perfect. The owner was amazing. We stayed in contact throughout our stay and she quickly answered when we had any questions. I highly recommend this hike for your get away.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and free of any insects. Lovely home with gorgeous kitchen! Well appointed and includes a fun gameroom! Thiswas the best vacation we ever had. Katherine and her sister were great to work with and made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed!

Clean, Quiet, Spacious, Needs Some Stocking

Our expectation of a VRBO is for it to match the description provided and to get a well stocked home away from home. This home was close, but fell short for us a little, primarily in the kitchen. It was still a nice home and did the job, but had the feel of a VRBO that was new and not quite finished being stocked yet. The good: Very clean, lots of space, nice upgrades in the home, beds were comfortable, bathrooms large, plenty of bath towels and swim towels. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to so many things, it was perfect for morning walks too. The ping pong table was great for the kids. Needs Work: Not a lot of cooking and serving utensils, or serving bowls. The largest pot & pan were not big enough for a family of 6. There were no grill brushes or tools. The provided blow dryer only has a hot setting, wish I had brought my own. Only cleaning supplies were CLR & dishsoap. Outdoor lighting after dusk isn't great. A laundry basket would be nice since the washer & dryer are outside, also, bring your own laundry soap. Other little things were missing or could have made the stay better too. Overall the house did the job and was nice, we just had to get creative when prepping and cooking our meals. If cooking isnt a big deal to you or you're a small group the kitchen won't be a problem for you.

Beautiful property, as advertised. Great layout, super fun game room, very helpful hosts, beautiful views from the pool patio. Location was amazingly convenient to shopping, groceries, restaurants, golf, hiking.

The house was a perfect oasis for celebrating our son’s graduation from UofA. Great property with nice pool. Spacious and clean. Close to grocery stores, restaurants yet you feel fairly secluded in desert landscape. And our hosts were fantastic.

Great for groups!

Had a great stay in Tucson at this VRBO. There was plenty of shared space to enjoy with a group of friends, and the game room off the kitchen was perfect for us to all hang out and play ping pong or throw darts. Would recommend!

Long Weekend Family Stay

We chose this home because it had a quintessentially Tucson flair with a beautiful Mountain View and was conveniently located for visiting my mom’s home. We were pleased as the home was private, had a beautiful pool with a waterfall and a ping pong table inside. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were all clean and all four of us were quite comfortable. The linens were cozy and the towels felt brand new! Katherine did everything she could to prepare for us to have a pleasant stay
even leaving snacks in the kitchen for our enjoyment. We found a grocery store about 1/2 mile from the house and found what we needed in the kitchen. I recommend Katherine’s modern desert home. You won’t be disappointed.

Such a Great Place

This property has been freshly updated and was quite charming. The manager was quite prompt in responding to any tiny hiccups, and so very friendly. We would stay here again and would recommend it heartily to others. It was comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood was nice for an evening walk. In fact, it would be a nice neighborhood to buy in. The evening view is lovely, too. One of my favorite VRBO places!
