This gorgeous first floor unit with a lovely patio is just steps from the year round heated pool and spa, plus gas grill and fire pit. But even if you don't feel like lounging pool-side, this 2 BR 2 BA condo has all the upgrades! Tile throughout, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, leather furniture and literally everything you need to enjoy your stay. Flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, high speed internet (even reaches you at the pool!), 2 king sized beds, and everything you need to cook up a storm in the kitchen. Located in a really lovely, quiet complex in Oro Valley, that is close to miles of hiking and biking trails, many golf courses nearby, shopping, dining and gorgeous views all around.

Nice and quiet!

We were looking for a nice and quiet property, and we found it! It had all of the comforts of home! We enjoyed sitting and reading outside on the patio, when it was nice and warm, too. We highly recommend this property!

We came with our daughter and grandson to visit great grandma at a nearby facility. We LOVED the place! The heated pool was a daily draw, and the home itself was so welcoming. We appreciated it being stocked with essentials so we didn’t have to rush to the store frequently. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Oro Valley - March 2025

We have stayed in several different units in this complex over the last 4 years. Like the others, this unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The communications with the owner were very good - he responded promptly to all our questions and was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. This was the first time we stayed in a first-floor unit, and we did notice some noise from the upstairs occupants - mainly footsteps. We would book this unit again, but our first choice would be a second-floor unit, since they are quieter and offer better views.

We stayed for a short holiday in the area for the first time, very suitable for a quiet holiday with lots of walking trails and well kept surroundings. Unit was in a good location and close to pool and hot tub! Great for relaxing.

Great condo and location!

Listing is identical to the real condo- quiet community, pool and hot tub area right off the patio, and the condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. The condo above was quite heavy footed at times but otherwise this was a very relaxing stay, would stay here again!

A quiet oasis

This is the ideal location for my Mom to stay when visiting us (we rent it for my 88 year old Mom to have a home-base when she travels here for holidays, etc..). The home is cheery, comfortable, and offers a "home-like" feeling. The hosts do an outstanding job to make us/my Mom feel welcome. I also like knowing that this is a safe and upbeat neighborhood for Mom to get in and out of with ease, while enjoying all the area has to offer.

Top Notch!

We stay at VRBOs at least twice a year and this one is wonderful. The condo is fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. Many VRBOs provide the minimum but there was extra of all the basics. It was super clean, we loved the easy access to pool and hot tub, which were awesome. We used the tub daily. Owners are very responsive, and everything you need to know is documented in the condo. Also loved the walking trails nearby. Our only issue was the beds. The master bed has troughs and the second bedroom has a memory foam, which we’re not fans of. All in all we were very pleased and sorry to leave!
