PLEASE NOTE: This unit is in a house that`s been split into two separate spaces: this attached apartment (private entrance, shared backyard) and the main part of the house (different listing).

SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($18.75) OR a refundable Safety Deposit ($250) will be required after booking. The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is an attached, private, sealed guest apartment within a home. The unit shares an interior wall, similar to adjoining rooms in a hotel. The door in between is deadbolt-locked from each side. There may be other guests at the property, and the backyard is shared. The driveway is for the guests in the main house. Guests in this apartment unit park on the street adjacent to the apartment and enter the property through the side gate.

LOCATION: GPS may prompt you to turn right when locating the house, but the house is actually on the left side of the main road.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have bedding ready for your stay.
