NOTE: This is the rear unit in a duplex with two units.

Centrally located to all of Tucson. It`s not the finest block, but we`ve never experienced any issues. (So if you book, be well informed.) The unit is very well done inside, and the lawn is always well-maintained.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
- No smoking in or around the property
- No parties
- No large gatherings
- No unapproved pets
â Local guests, please contact us prior to booking
â Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver`s license prior to check-in
POOL RULES:
* No unsupervised children in the pool area
* NO diving
* No glass in the pool area (Any broken glass would require a full pool drain and damages. Guest would incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in pool.)
* No swimming in pool after 10 pm
