Enjoy a serene, open-plan layout in the heart of the city, just minutes away from some of the best shopping, dining and entertainment the area has to offer. This condo is the perfect place for city dwellers who want to take advantage of all the conveniences the city has to offer, while still enjoying a relaxing, suburban lifestyle.

The home sleeps 4 people in beds and one more if choosing the couch.

Pool and Spa soaking available for all seasons! Please watch your children around the pool at all times.

Kitchens are fully stocked for cooking and entertaining during your stay. Visit the local St. Philip's Plaza for some delicious cuisine or take the food to go with the comforts of home.

The keypad is on the front door. Touch anywhere to activate touchpad. Once illuminated press the numbers that pop up, then punch in code provided. To lock door touch pad and hit lock button.

As a host I am available as needed please feel free to text for immediate access or call in an emergency, or dial 911.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.

This Condo is situated adjacent to the Rillito Trail/The Loop for quick access to endless miles of continuous cycling, walking, in line skating adventures.

Most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.

*No commercial vehicles allowed to park overnight. RV's and trailers/campers are not allowed on the premises.

Leave beds un-made and place all towels in the laundry room.

Pool towels are the colorful towels at the property. Do not take white bath towels to the pool.

House must be broom swept/vacuumed at checkout, dishes placed in dishwasher and turned on.

Empty all food and drink even un opened items along with all trash Please have all trash in large dumpsters around the community at checkout.

No designated parking spots. 1 parking spot per guest reservation, additional parking is allowed for day guests, not overnight stays.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned to 85 degrees at checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings)

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout and all television remotes are placed back on nightstands or table in each room.

Do not move furniture.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for my husband and I. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen. Great showers in both bathrooms. We enjoyed the trail nearby and the close proximity to St. Philips Square.

Great location, nice place

The property is very new, nicely decorated and in central location. The condo and community was quiet, despite someone living upstairs. Plenty of parking, well lit parking lot and buildings. The condo is small and the layout didnt provide any "privacy".(bedrooms next to each other). The front "patio:" was cramped/tiny and looked at a parking lot. The rear patio, which could have been used as extra space had no furniture. Would have been nice to sit out there at some point. The Check in detailed information was NOT on the booking site, which was irritating. II dont need to download yet ANOTHER app. But the on call person was able to provide the info on request. However, she didnt provide the name of the Community, so it was hard to know if i was in the right condo community when i first arrived. A little confusing when you are trying to find a new place. The coffee maker was a 1-cup keurig, which is a poor choice for multiple users. I had to buy a regular coffee maker so everyone could have more than 1 scanty cup of coffee at a time. Also, not enough coffee cups , only 6 cups for possibly 4 guests . We were always washing cups. Trivial complaint but small things go a long way to a pleasant stay. No Key was provided for access to the Bicycle loop, although residents had such keys. Would have been nice to have that, as cycling is the major reason I visit Tucson.

Location, location, location
 this condo was perfect for our family while visiting family in Tucson for the Christmas holiday. The beds were very comfy, the showers were exhilarating and we all enjoyed access to the jacuzzi in the pool area and access to the River Walkray. Highest recommendations.

Home away from home

This was such an awesome experience especially with what we were in town for. Back story
 our mother was in Tucson with our Dad as he is working out of town, well a week ago Mom had a massive brain aneurysm we needed a place to stay that had the accommodations of home and this place had it. The outlook on mom is not good but this helps take stress off of us. The beds were incredibly comfy everything was perfect. Thank you for such a wonderful stay during one of our hardest times!

Loved the place just bummed pool key was working to access pool the 2nd time -owner was aware after contacting him. And no patio chairs as painting project was going. Would recommend the place and definitely coming back in the future especially with mountains in the background.

Perfect for Our Tucson Visit!

Very clean and attractively decorated property! Quiet and convenient location. Host was great with communication. The only thing to note was the main bedroom mattress was a bit soft for our taste, but we made it work. I would stay here again!

Nice condo in a good location

Overall a nice condo in a great location with great access to outdoor trails which was a bonus. Clear that property is owned by a 3rd party. The condo was clean but unadorned. Could have used some basics: trash can in kitchen; recycling; more drawer space to unpack and dimmer switches to minimize harsh lighting. All fine for a short stay.

Very nicely-updated condo in a convenient Tucson location

Overall, this is a nice place to stay and centrally-located at the base of the Catalina foothills. The recent update is very well-done, although needed attention to some remodel finishing details. I suspect that the owners, who live there, are new as landlords and seemed to want little or no involvement in working with their guests. They have retained a property mgmt company located in Florida. If we were owners, we'd be using a local property mgmt company. When we arrived, we were given a code to unlock the front door, but no instructions for WHICH lock the code was for-the lockbox or a digital panel that was above. We had to call the landlord for help. There were only six clothes hangers total in the two BR closets. No hampers for dirty clothes in either BR. The master bath (great shower,btw) had no towel hooks or toilet paper holder. The guest bathtub/shower faucet had very inadequate hot water, which turned out to be another oversight during installation. We mentioned it upon arrival, and were told they'd get a plumber there, but got no response until we reminded the mgmt company of it in our 2nd week. With about 4 days to go in our stay, they got a plumber out to repair the issue, which took about 20 minutes. We will look for another place to stay next winter.
